Hyggeligt strandhus i første række. I har havet som nærmeste nabo og en unik kombination af ro, natur og byliv. Her kan I nyde afslapning og samvær med familien – lige fra morgenkaffe med solopgang til leg i haven og grill på terrassen. Beliggenheden er ideel - I bor midt i naturen, men stadig tæt på alt. Stranden ligger få skridt væk, og inden for 1,5 km finder I station, indkøb og restauranter. Perfekt base til både afslapning og udflugter – kun 20 km til København, Køge og Roskilde.

Kåret til Danmarks Skønneste Sommerhus 2014

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Unik beliggenhed ved vandet - og rigeligt med plads til 6 personer - ikke mindst på grund af det separate værelse (anneks) med eget bad. Huset er et gammel træhus vi har sat i stand, så forvent ikke et topmoderne og strømlinet typehus. Men hvis du er til et gammelt, charmerende hus med alle faciliteter - og en fantasktisk beliggenhed - er dette lige noget for dig! Ejendommen er fuldt udstyret og el, vand og varme samt internet og TV-pakke er inkluderet i prisen.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.
