The place was great and in a great location. We loved everything about the apartment however did have a few issues with some of the "rules". This is the only place I've ever rented that I've been told if anyone else comes into the place other than my wife and myself we would result in "immediate eviction". We were in town for a wedding for my niece and her and her fiance wanted to stop by and visit. I found it asinine that I had to tell her sorry you can't come in or I will be evicted. They have a beautiful private roof top with patio seating for 5, however no one else can visit. We were also going to arrive 30 minutes prior to check in by an Uber and had 2 large suitcases along with 2 other bags and a suit bag and asked if we could check in early and her response was yes but we would have to pay the $50 early check in fee. I would think that we would atleast be able to drop our bags so we wouldn't have to drag them around the streets. Other than that, no issues.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

This place was great to visit DC, and a much cheaper alternative to a hotel. We arrived very late and she was very accommodating. would recommend!

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

Stayed with my husband, 17 year old l, and 12 year old. The beds were perfect in the spare room and I always travel with an extension cord which helped with electronics and charging in the spare room( not needed there were outlets, but was helpful). Perfect place to unwind after long days of walking and visiting the zoo and DC area. Amy was available when I reached out for local recommendations and expressed that she had extra info in the master bedroom. This location met all my expectations for cooking, relaxing, and safety. Most Airbnb’s look comfortable but don’t accommodate our family for relaxation so I was looking specifically for a sectional to watch movies or tv together and this space provided this and much more; really was comforting and felt home like. We cuddled up, I made some tea, and the view was amazing. Thank you both! We will definitely return next time we visit DC.

Very clean and nice place to stay in a good location. It was nice to have amenities and all the essentials for a quick getaway. We were only there for one night but we enjoyed our time there to visit friends and loved being able to have our dog with us and walk her in the neighborhood.

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Tom's place! Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We were able to take the bus downtown from a block away. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook up some breakfast. Finding and getting into the apartment was easy, Tom's instructions were very clear and sent in advance of our arrival.

Great location, quiet. Spacious and clean house. Well connected in terms of grocery stores etc. Host very responsive and helpful. We had a 2 week stay and it was perfect for our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kwan’s place. It was very clean and the beds, sheets, and pillows were so comfortable. It was super rainy during our trip, which was a bummer, but made us super glad that the house we were in was so awesome. Our daughter loved the swing set and slide outside and had a blast running around the house. Kwan was also very friendly and responsive via the app. Would definitely recommend this place to someone looking to stay near Annapolis!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

This location is walkable and great for families even with restaurants nearby and we felt safe the whole time. The White House and everything to see in DC is easily walkable, or a short Uber! This townhome offers very comfortable beds/bedrooms, and awesome shower heads.

Shareef was a great host, and always responded within the hour. The listing was exactly as the place was. We got in much later than anticipated, but the clear and easy entry instructions and his flexibility made that no problem. The separate entrance made privacy no concern. I’d recommend this place and this host to anyone!

We had an amazing stay during our family trip to Washington, DC. It was my wife and kids’ first visit, and my parents' first time back in nearly 40 years—making it a truly special trip. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. We loved the unique library and the rooftop patio with views of the Capitol and Washington Monument. The master suite was stunning and very comfortable. The layout was thoughtful, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. Parking in the rear was convenient, though best for smaller vehicles—our Pacifica was a bit too long. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We had a blast during our stay in Alexandria/DC and your place was a huge part of that! Very cozy and comfortable. Beds were very nice! We loved hanging out on the patio. Every aspect of your townhome is inviting and makes for a great retreat. The metro being super close was the icing on the cake.

Ian is very responsive to any questions. His place is a gem with an amazing rooftop patio and living room balcony. Close to all the bars and restaurants on 14th Street. Quiet building. Very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

First time we vacationed in an area that we could park our car and leave it. The busline and Metro were easy enough to navigate, even for seniors. Raul was a big help and answered us promptly.

We loved this home! Beginning with the beautiful architecture of the neighborhood, this apartment was right in the midst! Lovely apartment, easy to enter right off the street, and the entire place was just like brand new! Comfortable space, comfy beds and very nice amenities. They also were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. Driving distance to all the DC sites and fun, while staying in a quiet peaceful neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host provided very detailed instructions that made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—they were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely consider booking this unit again in the future.

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

Matt's place was great for us - two families with two toddlers spending a few days in DC checking out museums. We chose it for its proximity to public transit: there's a bus stop right in front and walking distance to two stations on the red line. Very walkable to the bike path, parks, and brewery. We also walked to Union Market a few times from the house. Neighbors were friendly and we had no issues with the area. The house itself is exactly as depicted with new and clean feeling to it. Kitchen was equipped for making meals. Matt was very communicative and promptly answered questions about street parking during our trip. Thanks for a great stay!
