For us it was ideal because of local commitments. The proximity of the Lickey Hills made this an ideal place to retreat to in order to relax as well as keep local appointments. Nigel was a great host.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous village. Andy was really helpful via chat, and check-in/out were both really easy. Was perfect for our family gathering with large reception rooms and a nice garden. Would recommend the restaurant in the village too, which was easily walkable

A really lovely, comfortable cottage with beautiful features set in a peaceful location, yet a great base for visiting local attractions. Everything has been well thought out. It was super clean and the linen and bedding were top quality. The kitchen was really well equipped. Rosemary is a great host. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was well positioned in Stratford - about a 10 minute walk from the centre and the theatre. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. There were instructions on how to find it and parking for 3 cars (two on site and one on-street with permit). The neighbourhood was quiet and we had no issues with noise.

Our stay at Kelly’s stunning barn conversion was perfect from begining to end. The barn is immaculate with an attention to detail that went far beyond my expectations. From the welcome hamper of goodies to the soaps and creams in the bathroom. My springer Bertie even had treats left for him too. There’s a house folder filled with information re local walks, pubs, restaurants and places to visit. The barn is next to Kelly’s house and so she generously allowed us to use her secure garden to let my puppy have his morning and evening florick there. Kelly is a generous and thoughful host offering a space where I felt well cared for and able to relax and feel at home straight away. Thank you so much for your generous hospitality. The barn is a gem of a find . We will return! 🙏🏻🤎🐶🤍

We had a wonderful stay in Susie's flat. Its location is ideal: very easy to find, close to everything on foot and magical with its little patch of garden in front of the river where we can watch the swan that has taken up residence in front of it. Susie was kind enough to allow us to drop off our luggage early on our arrival so that we could start our visits while waiting for the housework to be done. The flat is spotlessly clean and comfortable and I don't think I've ever seen an Airbnb kitchen so well equipped. The milk in the fridge, savoury biscuits for aperitifs and sweet biscuits for tea were also much appreciated. If we come back to Stratford-upon-Avon this is where we want to stay as of all the accommodation I have had in the town, this is my favourite.

We loved staying in Karen's place. It is well situated for the centre of Stratford. It is very cosy and relaxing to be in. We liked all the decoration and how clean & tidy everything was. We particularly liked that Karen left us an encouraging message for the half marathon that we had to do :) That added personal touch goes a long way. The place is decent, and its really like the pictures. Just the building surrounding not clean properly by the management of the building. Mario is good responsive and very alert. i recommended this place if u need to cook during fasting month it is very helpful. Look ahead to come again in the future

This cute apartment was perfect for my family. Walking distance to the cute “downtown”, parks, train station and more. We will 100% be back. Added bonus - the host’s cute spaniel, Penny.

We are family of 5 from hull, Three adults and 2 children ages 6 and 4 years old. Our first stay in the area, the accommodation is perfectly located for local amenities and attractions. 5 min walk to Cadburys World. Station 5 min walk with regular trains to Birmingham only 13 mins on the train. The accommodation is homely, stylish and spotlessly clean. Could not fault a thing perfect if you want to visit all attractions. Thanks Dawn would definitely recommend Rosie and Family
