Am liebsten wären wir garnicht mehr weggefahren. Es war traumhaft schön und einfach herrlich. Salvo ist ein unglaublich liebenswerter Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause durch seine herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastfreundschaft. Kaffee, Öl und mehr waren bereits für uns da. Auch im Badezimmer stand alles liebevoll bereit. Ich mache gerade eine schwere Trauerphase durch und bin Salvo für seine endlose Hilfsbereitschaft sehr dankbar. Wir empfehlen diese traumhafte Unterkunft sehr. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Das darf übrigens auch auf dem Grundstück sicher stehen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zurück kommen. Danke für alles 😀🙏

We had the most amazing three days at Villa il Carubbo over Easter and we can’t wait to go back! Located higher up on the hill by the sea and surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees, the views from the patio as well the upstairs bedroom are simply breathtaking. The sound of the sea was very calming and the birds singing in the garden - the place was so lovely and quiet that we actually changed our plans and didn’t leave the house all weekend. The house is very tidy and clean, suitable also for a family. You do need a car, which we had rented anyway, and it’s best to do the grocery shopping before you get there. There’s a great big Lidl in Licata. I warmly recommend Angelo’s place (as well as the dinner cooked by his wife, absolutely delicious!) . In addition to a being a beautiful place and a cosy home, the host are wonderfully welcoming and helpful, such nice people. Grazie mille da tutto, spero che ci vediamo presto!

apparemment très propre, près de tout. l'appartement ne manque de rien, il y a une belle décoration, avec 2 petits balcons. en été je pense que la climatisation doit être satisfaisant.

An amazing place! Beautiful design villa, tastefully renovated, with great attention to detail. Very comfortable: lots of space, well equipped, great bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious garden with pool, jacuzzi and mini-football field. Our kids also loved it! We very much enjoyed the picturesque villages and beaches in the area. Absolutely value for money! Would highly recommend.

We had a really special time in Amalias home. A real spot of paradise left in this world. So peaceful, so authentic, absolutely beautiful. The house itself and the garden are perfect. Waking up you can see the birds pearched on the balcony and see the sea. Also the surrounding towns and the landscape are really fun to discover and not too touristic. We would like to come back!:)

One of the best holiday stays we've ever had! Vila was absolutely perfect – spotlessly clean, with a stunning sea and garden view from the terrace. It had everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. The vila was so peaceful, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Just an 8-minute walk to the beach, which was ideal! My sister, daughter, and I couldn’t have wished for a better stay. Communication with our host, Alessandra, was clear and friendly. She was always available to answer our questions and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. We recommend this place 101%! Thank you so much, Alessandra!

Just returned from a wonderful 11 days at the villa. The accommodation and grounds were more than enough room for all 9 of us (5 adults 4 children). The villa is super clean, nicely presented and situated in a beautiful rural location, which is very accessible from one of the main roads. We loved the large pool and there was plenty of room poolside for the kids to play football and have fun. It was also very safe for our adventurous two year old. Kathryn and her husband were first class hosts, providing us with useful information, sweet treats, and allowing us to pick fresh fruit from the farm. They were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, watching the sunset and having walks around the farm. Piazza Armerina is a nice, quiet little town. There are some good restaurants and people are very friendly. We also visited Taomirna, Enna and Caltagirone. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Supermarkt und Restaurant sind etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und in und um Nicolosi gibt es zahlreiche Anbieter für Ätna Wanderungen oder Quad Touren. Alessandro war super hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung und sogar Kontakten zu Ätna Wanderungen. Alles sehr sauber und ein kleiner Vorrat Wasser und Koch Basics in der Küche. Das Apartment ist ein klein wenig hellhörig, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Selbst wenn die Eigentümer da waren, waren sie sehr leise und haben uns sogar frische Tomaten und Kräuter aus dem Garten geschenkt! Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung und die Lage waren ganz wunderbar, das Meer direkt vor der Tür war einfach herrlich. In den Ortskern war es nicht weit. Die Kommunikation mit Rosario war unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.
