We had a wonderful time in Napa once again. Steve’s place was exactly like the picture. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all of our guests. There was a nice table and chairs to sit outside with a glass of wine and a hot tub to enjoy as well. Steve was very quick to respond with any questions we had before and during our stay. It was quiet and comfortable. I would stay again.

What a wonderful stay at this ideal retreat. Sherrie and Jim were so hospitable and made us feel so welcome. We found the place to be clean and stocked with everything you could ever need. The backyard is stunning and we enjoyed the hot tub daily. Super close to so many restaurants and wineries but you still feel tucked away across from a vineyard. Absolutely perfect stay! This Napa home is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to downtown—best of both worlds. The location couldn’t be better: close driving distance to all the local vineyards and wineries, making it a fantastic home base for exploring wine country. The house itself was spotless—immaculately clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Whether you’re traveling with family or a group of friends, this place is ideal. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Lori.just installed an outdoor railing, and its so easy and safe to walk up and down the outside stairs plus it looks so nice. Lori is so quick to respond to any correspondence and is so friendly. The place is immaculate and in a fantastic neighborhood where you can walk to the bay and to a state park. After a long day, we love taking hot tub. This place has everything.

This is a truly lovely property with breathtaking views of the vineyard and sunset. The interior is well appointed and spotless. The linens and bedding are sumptuous. There are many fragrant fruit and flowering trees around the pool deck.

What a wonderful House to have great time with Family and Freinds

Stayed here for my birthday with just my husband, while my sister kindly watched the kids back home. We were welcomed with cold sparkling wine, which was a nice touch. They asked if we wanted to attend the timeshare presentation, but we declined—we just didn’t have the time. We spent some time walking the grounds and really enjoyed the grapevines. Everything looked neat, clean, and naturally beautiful. Having a washer and dryer in the room was super convenient.

We stayed here for a girls weekend getaway and it was perfect. The back courtyard is stunning and it’s walkable to some great spots! Plenty of space and super cozy. Belinda was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Can’t recommend enough!
