One of our guests commented, "The house has one of the best views you will see in your entire life. You can watch an early sunrise and in the evening the moon is shining, sparkling on the water. You can hear the waves crashing against the shore, you hear birds singing and crickets at night." This property is located on a private estate in Smith's Parish. There are fantastic 180-degree ocean views and great outdoor spaces. Centrally located, 8 minutes drive to Hamilton, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath

Cute Studio w Patio & South Shore Views

Enjoy beautiful south shore views overlooking Bermuda's largest nature reserve Spittal Pond - a birders' paradise with a well marked walking trail. This stand alone private studio has a tempurpedic queen bed, a small kitchenette (no stove) and private outdoor patio area with bbq. Conveniently located 3 minutes walk to groceries, buses, and a 5 minute drive to beautiful John Smiths Bay beach. Twizy charger onsite. There are stairs to the property & the shower is small. Strictly no smoking.

This Large two-storey one-bedroom, two-bath cottage invites you to swim off the dock or relax in the sun. Large private Patio, to enjoy a cocktail and watch the stunning sunset. The unit can accomodate 6 guests. Upstairs Bedroom has two queen beds (4 guests). Downstairs full kitchen, a comfy living/dining area, and bathroom. Kitchen leads to outdoor dining . Living area has Queen pull-out couch to sleep 2 guests.Additional 1 bedroom cottage next door if needing to book for a larger group.

Las Brisas apartment with a pool (+ EV chargers)

The apartment is close to the beautiful John Smiths Bay beach - a 5 minute walk away. The pool is on the property and around the back from the apartment. The apartment has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk and a grocery store is a 12 minute walk away. We have a Labrador that roams the property. Please see our other rental on the property "Pool House in a Garden setting".

Quaint and charming Cottage

A charming stand alone cottage set in 1.5 acres of mature gardens. Beautiful views over the North Shore with picturesque sunsets. There is direct access from the property to Bermuda’s unique Railway Trail. It is a 15 minute walk to Flatt’s Village on the Trail where there are several excellent restaurants (Village Pantry, Tribe and Rustico’s) and the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo. Three bus routes are less than a 5 min walk. Hamilton is 10-15 mins by bus and less than 10 mins by taxi.

The pool house is a private place to stay, with beautiful views and a pool steps from your door. It offers an en-suite with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The unit also has A/C, heating, and a fan. Pictures truly don't do it justice. Additionally, the property provides an EV charging port for various vehicles (please inquire for more details). The property is a 5-minute drive from the nearest beach (John Smiths Bay) and a 15-minute drive from the airport and the main town, Hamilton

Fully equipped stand alone cottage finished to a high standard. House is at the top of a hill with sweeping views of Harrington Sound and North Shore. Very quiet centrally located Smith's parish neighbourhood away from it all but with easy access to all the amenities throughout the island. The cottage is suitable for those that like to get away from it all but still only be 10 minutes drive from down town shopping and restaurants.
