I’ve just stayed at Anita’s Airbnb with five friends for a weekend away. The house is gorgeous - spacious and spotless, with striking and eclectic decor throughout. The garden is delightful, too, it’s a real sun trap with plenty of space to sit and soak up the sun. And then there’s the bar, which is a brilliant and super-fun addition to the house! King’s Heath is a great area and all the bars, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Anita was also great - always quick to respond and gave us loads of useful info before our stay. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay.

amazing property. Over 3 floors with stairs but that was fine for us. amazing historic property but modern feel. Has everything you need and so peaceful and quiet but close to restaurants and pubs, with the nearest town being a 10 min drive. The instructions from Debb were great and she was always quick to reply to any messages, but the best bit was how welcoming Debb was and made us feel right at home. The welcome pack was amazing and being able to feed the alpacas was a really nice surprise. I cannot wait to visit again

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

We had a fantastic stay at Joys, perfect for our get together with friends and kids, plenty to keep them entertained! Joy was a very attentive host and the house was just what we needed in a fantastic location, thank you Joy!

James was so lovely and friendly and responded to my messages immediately. Answered all my questions and did everything he could to help. The house was really big and bright and the bedding and towels were pristine. Outside was lovely and big with plenty of garden furniture to sit together and eat our meals. The hot tub was amazing. Every bedroom had an en suite which was great with shower gel shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. The kitchen had lots of crockery cutlery and pots and pans etc. The coffee machine was an extra plus we could all have a lovely coffee of our choice. Lovely big fridge freezer we fitted everything in easily. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay at your beautiful house we will be back!

We stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding locally and Callum's place was just what we needed. Nice and cosy, a couple of breakfast items, and clean.

Great place to stay. Semi-rural with sunny outdoor deck overlooking countryside views. Spacious lounge and bedroom. Quiet, clean and modern, yet cosy and comfortable. Right across from Fairlawns Hotel for meals and spa. Walking distance to shops in Aldridge.

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay! Had everything I needed to both relax and get ready for a wedding (hair dryer, iron, etc.). The home was very comfortable. Walking distance to some fun restaurants and cafes. Stuart was super responsive when I had questions. I'd stay here again.

Perfect stay! The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience seamless. The location was great, and check-in was smooth. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

My wife and I had a lovely stay in Lilian's apartment with our two small dogs. The check-in instructions were clear, and we found the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom all spotlessly clean and well equipped. The centre of Birmingham was a little under a 30-minute drive away; the residential location itself was very peaceful. The small garden to the rear of the property was secure and well maintained, and as the evening became chillier, it was easy to adjust the thermostat to warm up the apartment. Friends had recommended Millison's Wood for a nearby dog walk, and the Bakery at Hampton Manor for breakfast pastries and coffee, which we duly did, before checking out finally. We would happily return if we were visiting our dear friends or this part of the Midlands again.

Fantastic place feels more like a house than an apartment. A few minutes walk to the main town shops, bars and restaurants plus a 5 minute walk to the river. Very spacious and ample room for four adults and think it would be fine for 6. If you wanted to cook the kitchen was well equipped and the garden was lovely to sit out. There is free parking up a steep hill so dropping luggage before parking car is a must. Would definitely stay again!

Thank you Aubrey! It was immaculate and we had everything we needed. The canal view in the really cute garden was a lovely place to enjoy the sun. I stay in a lot of different airbnbs, I can honestly say it was up there with the best. I highly recommend staying there for some peace and relaxation. Thanks from me and my Ma x

Alex was a lovely host! The grain store is a private and beautifully decorated place with everything you need provided. Alex welcomed us to the place and showed us around, recommending things near by for us to check out. Will definitely be coming back again!
