Bo mysigt och fridfullt i gammal korsvirkeslänga från 1800-talet. Läget är lantligt med djur och natur bara utanför dörren men samtidigt nära till stad, restauranger, nöje, shopping samt strand/bad. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Golf, Beach, Gourmet and Louisiana art museum

The house is very central to village, 8 mins walk from train station, 45 mins by train from Copenhagen Airport, 30 mins by car to CPH, in the countryside, but only a short walk to: beaches, forest, bakery, shops & supermarkets, restaurants (pizzaria, gourmet: "Sletten" in the old harbour) cafe's and cinema. Easy walking to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Karen Blixen Museum (Rungsted), close to Kronborg and Fredensborg castle (The Queens summer residence) or go by ferry to Sweden on a daytrip.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Anneks tæt på strand, skov og Louisiana

Stilfuldt anneks i hjertet af Humlebæk. 30 min nord for København. 5 min på gåben fra Humlebæk station. Louisiana ligger kun en kort gåtur væk. Tæt på Sletten havn et fiskerleje, med idyllisk atmosfære, ishus og restaurant. Bjerre strand ligger i gå afstand og er perfekt til badeferie. Kronborg slot, Værftets madmarked og Søfartfarts Museet ligger 15 min kørsel væk. Humlebæk Bio ligger 500 m væk og er altid aktuel med de nyeste film. Ideelt til en kort miniferie eller romantisk getaway.

Hyggeligt anneks i fiskerleje – tæt på Louisiana

Bright and peaceful annex with private entrance, bathroom, and toilet – perfect for one or two guests seeking calm close to the sea and nature. No kitchen, but coffee and tea are available. A small bathing jetty is just a few houses away, and several beaches are within walking distance. Only 100 meters to the charming Sletten Harbour with an ice cream shop and Restaurant Sletten. Louisiana Museum is a 15-minute walk away. Cafés, grocery stores – just 35 minutes by train to Copenhagen.

Vores hyggelige gæstehus hedder ikke 'Lille Ro' uden grund. Her mærker du roen sænke sig, idet du træder ind ad døren. Gæstehuset har egen indgang, bad og toilet - Perfekt til en enkelt person eller et par, der ønsker et ophold i rolige omgivelser tæt på havet og naturen. Fra 'Lille Ro' har du det hele tæt på. 200 meter til strand og skov. Humlebæk Station, caféer, restauranter, supermarkeder og Louisiana i gåafstand. 'Lille Ro' er mere end et lille hus i træ - Det er en oplevelse💙

Luxurious villa, private beach

Welcome to our holiday haven where you can relax and enjoy the ocean views while you make yourself at home with all of the modern amenities that you need. The master bedroom opens up to a terrasse overlooking the sea. In addition, there are two kids rooms and an extra bedroom with a double bed. There are three bathrooms, all including a shower. There is a spacious private beach with a private bathing jetty and furniture for dining, lounging and enjoying your day at the waters edge.

Velkommen til vores elskede hus i Sletten, et af Nordsjællands mest stemningsfulde fiskerlejer, kun 35 minutter fra København og 10 minutter fra Helsingør. Huset er et klassisk stråtækt hus med al den hygge og charme, man kan ønske sig af en ægte dansk sommer. Med to sol terrasser med havudsigt; én mod solopgangen og én mod kveldssolen. Tæt på Øresund med direkte adgang til strand og badebrygge. Skoven er lige om hjørnet. Louisiana for moderne kunst ligger blot et par minutter væk.

Unique beach-house

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Perfekt til to! Charmerende, lys bolig, krydret med moderne minimalisme i den gamle del af Nivå. Tæt på Øresund, havn, strand, Nivå å, skov, flere golfbaner, Nivågaardsamlingen og den lokale, populære bagercafé Antons (nabo). 300 meter til Kystbanens tog til både København og Helsingør (Kronborg og Søfartsmuseet). Bus 344 lige foran hoveddøren, kører nordpå til Louisiana (5 km) og sydpå til Rungsted havn og Rungstedlund - Karen Blixen museet (6 km).

Welcome to our beloved, green, high ceiling and modern two-story house in Humlebæk - the perfect haven for a holiday in Denmark and Copenhagen. The house is nicely decorated in Scandinavian style and very family friendly. A brief 500m walk will take you to a fantastic kids-friendly beach and central Copenhagen is only 30 min by train or 35km by car. We love living here and are excited to share our experience with you!

Spacious and cozy apartment located in a quiet and beautiful area in Humlebæk, close to the beach, grocery stores, the train station, restaurants and the Louisiana Museum. You can quick and easily get to Copenhagen in 30 min. or Helsingør (Elsinore) in 10 min. The beach, the train station and the grocery stores are no more than 8-10 minutes away on foot, and the Louisiana Museum is approx. 15 min away on foot.
