This is a unique gem in a gorgeous and exclusive natural surrounding, managed by lovely hosts - Greek hospitality at its best! The property has the extraordinary privilege of direct access to the sea; it has a private, tiny sand beach and a swimming jetty. As a family with a 9-year-old boy, we loved the fact that we could go for a spontaneous swim anytime, being able to return to the apartment in a minute whenever we wanted. The property boasts some beautiful large trees, a nicely kept flower garden with deck chairs, and it is lovingly decorated with a nautical theme. We loved the sound of the waves gently slapping against the rocks just a few metres from our balcony while enjoying the panorama of Skiathos town - which is close enough for a great view but distant enough not to be bothered by it. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed. Dimitra and her family were ever so kind and helpful. Dimitra, thank you for the wonderful time we spent at your place!

Maison isolée, confortable et tranquille, offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer Égée, et l’accès en 10mn par un petit chemin escarpé à une crique peu fréquentée où il est très agréable de se baigner. Les soirées sur la terrasse son un enchantement . À 15mn de voiture du très beau village de Glossa, et environ 50mn du port principal (Chora) de Skopelos. Je recommande à ceux qui cherchent la tranquillité pour profiter des magnifiques paysages des Sporades (et qui pourront quand même aller voir la chapelle toute proche d’Agios Ioannis, rendue célèbre par Mamma Mia)

We had a great time at Eleni’s house and I highly recommend this listing! Very clean practical accommodation and suitable even for a young family of 4! Close to the old town of Alonnisos-literally up the hill-but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet after the kids are asleep. The view from the balconies is breathtaking and something that will stay with me for my forever! Location is strategic for exploring the island and has its own carlark which is very important as the old town is very popular. Plenty of amenities/restaurants/coffee places near by at the old town if you want to have a “lazy” day. The small kitchen is enough to accommodate culinary creations. There is air condition available but the island is very windy at night so if you are not worried about the light coming through you can leave windows open! Eleni was very responsive to all our needs/requests and I am super grateful-one of the best hosts I have encountered so far! We will be definitely going back

What a great house, location and host. Terraces and views were fantastic. A 10-15 min walk to Patitiri, a short stroll down to the beach and taverna during the day, Votsi and Spartines beach 10-15mins walk too. Great place to enjoy a relaxing break.

Myself and two friends loved staying in this beautiful villa. It is in the perfect location - a 5 minute walk to the closest beach and nearby to lots of local restaurants and a small supermarket. The villa was very clean and spacious with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Vicky was an amazing host and was incredibly kind and welcoming. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again!

Christina (Jane & Stavros), we’re great hosts! Staying in the beach house was very nice and our Kids felt like staying at home from the First day! The Location so close to the sea (50 meters) and the „private“ tavern with awesome food next to the house were perfect. You can find anything you need in the house and the outdoor space is huge. A supermarket you can find 2 minutes away. The contact/communication via WhatsApp and phone was perfect and very helpful! Only the combination Moskitos and the high temperature was not so easy to manage. But we came along with that and had a great stay! Thank you 😁😎

We had the most fantastic break at Barbara’s place. We didn’t want to leave. The listing and photos really don’t do justice to it. Sitting on the balcony/ terrace listening to the waves before heading down to swim in the crystal waters of a secluded beach (not private) was a dream. The outside space is well thought through, with a variety of comfortable and sheltered places to relax. The interior of the house is not fancy, but it has everything you need and is so clean. We cooked a lot and it was pretty well equipped. It’s a 20 min drive to Patitiri or there are local tavernas nearby. You definitely need a car.

Put simply, a lovely characterful property in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the heart of town. Lots of space and a wonderful terrace for outside dining; in addition a decent sized pool, which is unusual for Skopelos, for a property so close to the centre of town. Also very handy if you intend to hire a car during your stay, since the house has private parking which is gated, so no worries about dents and dings in public car parks; everything is secure. We all loved our stay as it’s such a lovely space on such a beautiful island; we didn’t want to leave..!

Despina was a fabulous host she gave us so much information regarding the island and where to go she helped us with restaurants, with the boat hire and she was there for our every need and nothing was too much trouble!! She text my husband most days to check we were happy and everything was ok! Which of course it was as the Villa was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the private beach which you could access from the garden down some steps which took about five minutes or so. We would definitely stay here again and we also loved Skiathos! Thanks for having us Machi! You're home is beautiful, from the moment we drove through the gates we felt at home. The kitchen is well stocked, I made fresh orange juice and coffee every morning and enjoyed the view from the terrace. The pool is bigger then we thought it would be, and the bed is super comfy. I hope to be back someday. P.s Read the reviews and hire a car! It is possible to walk, but the hill is very steep and hard especially in the heat. A car is worth it to explore the beauty of Skopelos.

We had a great 7 nights at the villa. The location is superb for a chilled beach holiday. The place is a little more rustic than the pictures suggest. However, this was not an issue for us & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Andrea/Andrew was amazing & the few times we needed him he responded immediately. If you want a relaxing holiday right on the beach then you have found the place

Really lovely villa as previous reviews suggest. Much appreciated local snacks and wine on arrival. Very comfortable beds. The pool is great and is probably 180cm depth throughout so probably not suitable for non swimmers. Villa was cleaned midway through our 1 week stay which was great. Located two mins walk from two excellent restaurants, small shop and pleasant beach where boat hire is available. Agnontas is a great location with easy access to Skopelos town by car or bus and the beaches on the west coast. Overall would strongly recommend and would love to visit again.

We had a lovely week at Villa Nikis. The views really have to be seen to be believed! It was really nice to have our own home from home. To reiterate what other reviews say, the path is very steep. No issue for us but worth considering if travelling in a mixed generation group. The location was excellent with the beach on our doorstep and town about a 20 minute walk away. Far enough away to be lovely and peaceful, close enough for easy bar/restaurant access. Patric himself was friendly and responsive. We especially appreciated the very clear instructions to help our taxi driver find the villa. Thank you!

Die Anlage liegt sehr Ruhig an einem Hang mit eine Ausblick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Inseln, die seines gleichen sucht, überwältigend. Die Appartements sind einfach aber ausreichend eingerichte und sehr sauber. Die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft von Fiorella und Manlio sind einfach super. Sehr, sehr nette Leute die sich alle Mühe gebe, das man sich bei ihnen wohlfühlt. Wir haben die Zeit bei den Beide sehr genossen und uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wir waren heuer bereits zum sechsten Mal in Skiathos, aber diese Unterkunft war mit Abstand die beste! Allein die Lage ist schon wunderbar - am Berg inmitten eines großen Olivenhains. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Kühlschrank und Kühlfach waren sehr groß, es gab sogar zwei Kühlakkus und eine Eiswürfelschale. Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Olivenöl, Oregano waren ebenso vorhanden wie Geschirrspülmittel, Spülschwamm und ein Wäscheständer mit ausreichend Wäscheklammern. Rania hat sogar die "alte" Filterkaffeemaschine für mich wieder ausgegraben, obwohl es jetzt eine neue Nespresso Maschine gibt. Rania hat die Wohnung alle zwei bis drei Tage gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. In nur sechs Gehminuten befindet sich ein kleines Geschäft (öffnet um 8 Uhr), in dem man alles, was man braucht bekommt (wenn auch wesentlich teurer als im großen Supermarkt in der Stadt). Danke nochmals Rania für die Skiathos Spezialität! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The house was clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything needed. We had no problem during our stay, as it was exactly like the photos and description. Amazing garden around the house and a large balcony where we could chill after the beach, have some food and talk. Lots of available accessories as well, from snorkeling masks to beach towels and balls, something you don't always see in other AirBnb's. Eleni and Sifis were two very kind hearted and polite people, who were always on call for everything we needed. They welcomed us with nice food, wine and they even brought us fresh tomatoes. Overall, the house was just what we were looking for during our stay in Skiathos, the right place to have some rest, hang out with friends and then go out to discover the island. I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Fani est une hôte adorable et très attentionnée. Son logement est impeccable est très bien situé (proche de toutes commodités et de la plage). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

My husband and I spent a very relaxing and enjoyable week at beautiful Pigi Cottage. The views from the two terraces are stunning and the perfect place to relax, eat and have some drinks. The cottage is located very close to two great beaches, as the house is halfway up the hill, the climb back up at the end of the day is fairly intense, but over before you know it. We preferred to walk slightly further to Velanio Beach. We found it quieter and more spacious, we enjoyed many days relaxing here and the beach bar staff were great and serve decent well priced cocktails. It would take us around 12 mins to walk from the cottage to Velanio (slightly longer on the hike back up!) The Cottage itself is fairly basic but has everything you need and very charming. I wasn't aware before coming that the cottage is actually attached to another property. It's very well screened off, we never had any issues and it felt private.

Great family owned apartments, very clean, well equipped , just in front of the water. Good location, fair bus connection but if you have a car, everything is reached easily . Even staying at the location is great, basic watersports, few good taverns, and beach bar. Sun sets just in front of the beach. Recommended for families

Very nice host, met us at the airport. One of our best holidays ever. Villa had nice common areas but also private sleepingrooms. Amazing view from patio, and kids loved the semi-private beach. Will hopefully be back soon

The place is amazing…. incredibly modern, with trendy decor that feels fresh and stylish. Every detail, from the furniture to the artwork, is thoughtfully chosen, creating a space that's both comfortable and visually appealing. The view is absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop. Cleanliness was top-notch, with the entire place spotless and well-maintained. It was evident that the host takes great pride in keeping the property in perfect condition. The location couldn't be better—everything you need is within easy reach. We were met by Nikos who graciously carried our bags up the 3 flights of stairs. Highly recommended!

Alloggio perfetto, pulitissimo, con tutto quello che serve, zona tranquilla però a 2 passi da Patitiri e sentieri di escursioni raggiungibili anche a piedi. Bella vista e ci si riposa molto bene.
