Our property is steps away from the Charlie Major Trail with a sweet playground and a walking path along the Skaneateles Creek that bring you right to The Last Shot and Skaneateles Brewery.

Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lake property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

This home was beautifully updated in 2023. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus two cots in the game room, sleeps 10. Three of the bedrooms have king beds.
