Very pretty converted barn in the heart of Kent. Completely private and self-contained providing you the ability to easily enjoy a socially distanced holiday. Take a long soak in our freestanding tub in the master bedroom; curl up on the super comfy sofa and indulge in our huge DVD collection; delve into the board game basket; enjoy the lovely bright living space; or cook up a storm in the well stocked kitchen. You enjoy the whole cottage to yourselves - with your own front door so you can come and go as you please. There's free and very quick wifi accessible throughout. The large kitchen is equipped with most of the implements you'll need for your stay, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. The contents of the welcome hamper varies seasonally, but always includes fresh bread, butter, milk and lots of other delicious bits. The cupboards are stocked with cereals, tea, coffee, spreads and basic condiments. There's a big open plan dining and living space. With a super comfy sofa (please keep the dogs off though!), DVD player (with lots of things to watch) and free-sat TV (over 200 TV channels). There is a toddler high chair in the dining area but if you require one suitable for a younger child please ask and we will do our best to accommodate. There are two big kingsize double bedrooms, with an en-suite bathroom (WC, sink and shower) in both. The bigger bedroom also has a freestanding bath within the room for a luxurious soak. Towels, cosy robes and bubble bath provided. There's a lovely garden which you're welcome to enjoy during your stay (as is your dog), complete with a table and chairs to eat outside if the weather allows! If you do bring your dog however please pick up after them! You enjoy the whole cottage to yourself - with your own front door and key so you can come and go as you please. I'm very responsive to airbnb messages and texts, so do contact me on either with any questions. I'll always be in touch prior to your arrival to make sure you're clear on check in process and directions. We'll be there regularly during your stay for anything you need and recommendations, but there's also a folder full of information in the cottage. The Old Barn is situated in the lovely village of Great Chart with two fantastic pubs just a minutes walk away. It's surrounded by wonderful countryside, historic buildings, great shopping, brilliant beaches, great places to eat & vineyards aplenty. Great Chart is less than 10 minutes drive from Ashford International Train Station where there’s usually plenty of taxis available. Trains leave approximately every half an hour to and from London St Pancras and take just 37 minutes (there are slower trains to other London stations too). You can also board a train at Ashford to Paris, which takes only 2 hours. The village is 10 minutes from the M20, there is parking for one car at the cottage, and plenty more free parking on the Street. We are also 30 minutes drive to Folkestone which is just a 35 minute channel crossing to Calais, and 45 minutes to Dover where the ferry departs for there also, so the perfect location if you’re breaking up the drive to France! There is free and very quick wifi available throughout the property. Our standard check in time is anytime after 4pm, and check out is by 10am on the day you leave. If you'd like to check in earlier or check out later, this is sometimes possible, but there is an additional fee of £10 per check in/out which is payable in cash on arrival. Sadly we can't always offer early check in or late check out, so please contact me to confirm availability. All early check ins or late check outs have to be agreed with me prior to arrival. The Old Bicycle Shop - Chilham

Once the old Raleigh Bicycle shop in the historical village of Chilham, the accommodation has recently been renovated to an exceptionally high standard and is ready to welcome guests. This property is for a maximum of 2 adults with Super King bed. Generally i will be available to answer any questions and if i am not around then can be contacted on my mobile. Chilham features a beautifully preserved medieval square. Just off the Square: - Chilham Castle with its landscaped gardens & parkland - Medieval St Mary's Church - 4000-year-old Juliberrie Barrow. - Tea rooms - Woolpack Inn - White Horse Inn Other local highlights: - Local vineyard with tours - Chilham Lake (fishing) - Kings Wood & Downs - cycle & walk Chilham train station is a 10 minute walk from the property with links to Ashford International (10 mins) and the high speed line to St Pancras in London from Ashford (35 minutes). Canterbury is 10 minutes in the other direction, onward to Margate (about 25 minutes). If you have a day out in London the last trains leave London around 0015. The main bus stop in Chilham is a 4 minute walk from the property with buses to Ashford and Canterbury . If you go out in Canterbury for the evening, the last train back is around 2240 and if you are out later, taxis are available back to Chilham at a cost of around £15-£20.

La casa de campo con triple acristalamiento ofrece un alojamiento cómodo y está a poco más de una hora de SE London en auto o en tren directamente a la estación de Teynham desde London Victoria (1 hora y 6 minutos). Estamos a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Teynham. Faversham y Sittingbourne están a 10 minutos. Hemos liberado toda la disponibilidad hasta finales de diciembre de 2026.

Twitchers Cottage en Broomfield Barn es una casa de campo de un dormitorio bellamente presentada y convertida en 2020. Situada en el borde de las marismas de Oare, que es una importante reserva de humedales con una gran variedad de especies de aves. Esta encantadora casa de campo es ideal para cualquier persona que quiera explorar Kent. O si solo quieres relajarte, trae un libro o dos y relájate frente al fuego de la estufa de leña. Hay senderos para caballos y senderos públicos en la puerta, que son hermosos en cualquier época del año, ya que están en el corazón del Jardín de Inglaterra. Northdown Lodge

Somos un albergue rural moderno único con todos los lujos, enclavado en 3 acres. Hermosas vistas y paseos por el camino de Northdown. Excelentes pubs locales para disfrutar. No hay mejor lugar para relajarse y desconectar viendo increíbles puestas de sol y tal vez probando nuestro vino local cultivado al lado. O pon los pies en alto junto a la estufa de leña y ve una película de nuestra amplia colección, tal vez con un té de la tarde casero (disponible para reservar con antelación). It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.
