Lovely stay, very cosy house and in a great location. Walking distance to food and shops and easy to make food at home too. Highly recommend.

A beautiful quiet farm stay. Susan and Frank were a pleasure to deal with. An abundance of farm fresh eggs which we turned into the yummiest breakfast omelets. A beautiful garden setting.

We had a great time at Pippa and Perina's cottage. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and farmland, horses and cattle. The cottage itself is very well appointed, warm and cosy. We were warmly greeted by our hosts. We will happily return some time in the future.

This was one if the best Airbnb's we have stayed at (and we have visited many). The view from the cottage was glorious, especially from the spa at sunset. We had an 8 month old, and there was plenty of room for a portable cot, and a high chair, fire safety guard and bath available. There's also an awesome sound system that plays throughout the house and on the deck. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future!

If you are looking for a place to sit back and relax and watch the world go by this, is it. Comfortable house with amazing ocean views, Stanely area and the Nut. It is a peaceful and quiet location. Sitting around the outside wood heater with a drink in hand was very relaxing. The house was well equipped and spacious.

Great place to stay. A short walk to the beach or a longer one to the creek which is great for families with young kids. Little Sister General Store is great for lunch or dinner. The property is clean, beds are comfy, shower was hot, kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Will be back when we’re next in the area.

A very unique special place. Felt very homely and comfortable.

Nice and quite amongst the bush. Bill takes pride in his garden and always on for a chat. Bushy Park relys on tank water, and during dryer periods care should be taken to conserve water. There's a very handy laundromat in Ulverstone if need be.

A great treehouse for a group stay

A gem of a place, large open plan, excellent facilities and overlooking the water. Would definitely recommend and stay again when we get the chance.

Spending three days in the cabin that Kit thoughtfully built has been an absolute delight. Every detail, from the architectural design to the interior decor, has been carefully curated—not only is it comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, but even the scents have been thoughtfully chosen. Kit herself is such a warm and welcoming host, making the experience even more wonderful. This has truly been an exceptional stay.

Beautiful stay at Little Talisker. Gorgeously styled cottage tucked under the Nut. Easy to walk to town centre and both beaches from there. My girls loved the cute little reading nook under the stairs to hide away and read in. It was cosy, comfortable, clean and exactly what we were expecting from the pictures. We loved our stay and recommend to anyone as a perfect base to explore the gorgeous town of Stanley.

This is an amazing home, perfect for a couple of families, or couples or a big family like ours. There’s so many living area options both indoors and out. Little shelves with books wherever you find a comfy spot to sit. Everything you could possibly need.

Fantastic view, fantastic hosts. The house is very homely and welcoming. Wished we stayed longer. We’re definitely returning to Penguin and staying here again.

First of all I wouldn’t even hesitate to book here again. Comfortable and convenient. Plenty of space for everyone and even a little nook if you need a little space. Well equiped kitchen but, would also recommend the breakfast on site, very nice. Staff friendly and approachable. A great place to stay and go off for day trips knowing you have somewhere like home to come back to. We were just a couple but, two couples could easily enjoy this space. Hopefully we will be back one day.
