We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. This beach house was pure magic! Angele was a superb communicator and made our stay extremely comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Also, don’t skip the host guide book! They absolutely nail all the best places to go and things to see in the area. We love, love, loved everything about this trip specifically because of this home :)

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

David, with his family, is a wonderful host. Very hospitable and friendly people! We had a wonderful stay at Jermaine Quiet House. Though the place is quite deep, but it offers a raw Siquijor experience. It is in Lazi, which made it strategically located in the middle of the stretch where the popular tourist attractions are located. The room is simple yet equipped with basic needs. It has refrigerator to store food, an airconditioner, a fully finctioning kitchen, a veranda and barbecue area.

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even brought us over a mini karaoke set when we mentioned hearing karaoke next door. The pool was refreshing, and it’s a super short drive into town. Highly recommend especially if you’re renting a car.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Kleiner abgelegener Strand vor der Haustür (mit Schildkröten, Achtung aber viele Treppen zu gehen), Tumalog Falls und Waleshark Area sehr nah und auch mit einem kleinen Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Ansonsten fahren auch Busse direkt vor der Tür, mit denen man überall hingelangt. Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen dafür sehr privat. Der Host war zudem sehr nett und hat und mit der Buchung unserer Touren toll geholfen! Danke dafür! Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Séjour très agréable.Le lieu est très calme et c'est ce que nous recherchions. La maison est quasi sur la plage et il ne passe quasiment personne. Les transferts sont bien organisés. L'accueil de Jorge était parfait.Lui et sa femme sont très serviables et les repas préparés variés et très bien cuisinés. La maison est bien équipée. C'est sûrement le meilleur hébergement sur l'île.

I desired a complete rental that would eliminate any concerns over the need to obtain additional items. Doris provided a spectacular unit that included everything that was required!

This apartment building is arguably the best in Dumaguete. It features a nice pool, a decent gym, good security, and conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants/bars. The host, Mike, is responsive and responsible. The unit itself is on a high floor, offering a mountain view and lush greenery below. It faces west. There’s a large smart TV with YouTube and other apps. I only cooked breakfast during my stay, but the kitchen was well-equipped with enough pots/glasses/coffee machine etc for two people. The apartment is close to the sea and surrounded by excellent dining options. My favorite restaurant was Bahia; Hayahay is a cheaper option to relax with a meal/drinks by the water. The unit is tucked away from the main road, so it’s generally quiet. Cons: No washing machine but laundry is close and cheap. There is a small mart across but the supermarket is 5 minutes away with tricycles (20 pesos only). You have to register guests for any unit in this building.

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Beach Road Apartments in Solangon, Siquijor! The unit was cozy, clean, and perfect for resting after days of exploring the island. Staying in Unit 5 on the second floor was a bonus—we loved the beach view from our unit, and the peaceful farm view at the back made mornings even more refreshing. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants and establishments like Creperie, Shikihoru, and Monkey Business all within walking distance. The host was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. This Airbnb was a big part of our adventure, as having a comfortable place to recharge made all the difference. I have stayed in so many Airbnb's over the last few years around the Philippines and only some of them stand out to me in terms of the overall experience and this was one of the top notch experiences without a doubt, the host is extremely on the ball with making sure your experience is perfect With great communication quick to reply just wanting to make sure you have a good experience. Coupled with the unit itself which is spotless, comfortable and has everything you need. I'm big on having a comfortable bed and I've been getting incredible sleep here. I love when an Airbnb just does all the little things right it makes you want to keep coming back to that place, this is definitely one of them I highly recommend!

Das war bisher unsere beste Unterkunft auf den Philippinen! Der Pool ist wunderschön und sauber – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unser Boot und unseren Flug umgebucht haben, um noch ein paar Tage länger zu bleiben. Alle, die dort arbeiten, sind extrem freundlich, besonders May May, die immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hatte – der Service war einfach top! Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt, mit schönen Pflanzen, bequemen Liegestühlen und Hängematten – eine kleine Oase. Die Wohnung selbst hatte alles, was wir brauchten: ein bequemes Bett, eine leise Klimaanlage, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und sogar eine Waschmaschine, was super praktisch war. Auch der empfohlene Scooterverleih war super zuverlässig. Und ein weiteres Highlight: Apo Island ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt – perfekt für einen Tagesausflug! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diesen wunderschönen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen!

It had all the essentials and more, making it a joy to cook in. The bathroom, oh my! It was superbly clean and stocked with all the necessary accessories, including plush towels, tissues, and high-quality shampoo and conditioner. It truly felt like a luxury spa experienced! 💯
