Super convenient location just few mins walk from Hongdae University Station Exit 6, which also connects to Airport Line from Incheon. 7 Eleven & GS25 around the corner as well. Quiet area from the hustle and bustle of Hongdae but still close enough to walk to the main shopping streets. Also has a nice park right near and we were able to see the many Cherry Blossoms. Place felt spacious and had all the required amenities including a washing machine which was great for our 9 night stay. Easy check-in instructions and host was super helpful. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely place. Few minminutes from Seokchon gobun station. Host was always nice and responsive.

2번째 방문입니다. 정말 친절하시고, 도자기 체험에, 바베큐까지 만족스러웠습니다. 가성비 또한 뛰어나고 숙소가 항시 갈 때마다 깔끔해서 좋아요. 정감있는 도자기들이 분위기또한 좋구요 만족스러운 인생숙소입니다!!

잘다녀갑니다^^ 여성전용숙소에 호스트님도 여성분이셔서 마음이편했어요. 보일러온도 체크도햐주시구..그날따라 날씨는 겁나추웠었거든요... 일찍 체크인이 가능하다고 먼저 알려주셔가지구 짐보관하고 찾느라 같은장소돌아가기일수였는데 호스트님 배려덕분에 즐거운여행하고 다녀갑니다.

David and his family were amazing hosts. I didn't expect their son, (Eugene) or Yoo Jin (sorry if I spell your name wrong) to drop me off and pick me up at the Icheon Ceramic Park daily, it was very thoughtful and kind of them. It was also very nice to be able to try wheel throw a few tea bowls with Hean Sook. I had a lot of fun, meeting so many kind people during my month long hiatus from life. I hope to visit them again someday.

David was great with responding to my many questions. My friends and I stayed in 3 of the rooms. Each room has a sink, hot plate, mini fridge, and private bathroom. It was easy to get to David’s house, I used Waze to get there with no issues. David’s place was about 30 minutes from Jisan ski resort. I definitely recommend!

Overall I'm satisfied with my stay:) If you spend a lot of your time outside and just need a comfortable place to rest, this is a great choice. I was initially a bit concerned about sharing the house with two other guest rooms, but it turned out to be no issue at all. I also stayed during one of the coldest days during this winter, but the room was still very cozy and warm, which was really nice. The bathroom is also cleaned frequently, which I appreciated. While the place can feel a little dark at night, it's close to the main streets, and I felt safe throughout the stay. The host is also super kind and responds very fast.

머무는 공간마다, 바라보는 방향마다 사뭇 느낌이 다른 뷰가 멋졌고 사랑스러운 고양이들 보는 것만으로 시간 가는 줄 몰랐습니다. 혼자 또 호스트, 다른 게스트분과 같이 보내는 순간은 특별한 시간이 되었습니다. 다음날 아침에 호스트분이 손수 차려주신 식사를 하고 다양한 주제를 넘나 들며 자유롭게 나눴던 대화는 잊지 못할 특별한 경험이 될 것 같습니다. 다정한 호스트님과의 대화와 고양이들이 생각날 때 또 가겠습니다 :)

The property is situated on top of a hill so the surrounding was quaint and peaceful. The house itself is spacious, hosting an endless amount of amenities, large bathrooms, and the heated floors were a surprise bonus for the chillier mornings and evenings. My family and I had a great time and we’d rebook again for any trips to Anseong.

에어앤비에 최적화된 숙소라 생각합니다 집이란 공간에서 확인될 수 있는 다른 사람이 가진 삶의 모습을 볼 수 있는 곳입니다 단순한 숙소가 아닌 호스트의 취향이 곳곳의 숙소에 있습니다 여쭙지 못했지만 숙소 내 그림은 직접 그리신거 아닌가 싶긴하네요

2박 머물렀습니다. 신규 숙소라 후기가 없어 조금 걱정했는데 쓸데없는 걱정이었습니다. 리모델링해서 컨디션이 너무 좋은데다 모든 주방기구가 깨끗했습니다. 주변에 워낙 먹을게 많아 주방은 아침 식사정도로만 이용했어요. 인천의 명동이라 불리는 신포 문화거리가 코앞이라 도보 이용으로 볼거리 먹거리가 2박으로도 아쉬울 정도였습니다. 2주 후에 주말 이용해서 한번 더 올 생각입니다. 깔끔하고 코지한 그리고 엣지 있는 숙소로 강력 추천합니다^^

넷플릭스, 유투브, X box, 안마기, 커피머신 없는게 없습니다 격리과정에서도 시간가는줄 모르고 너무 잘 지내고 왔습니다 특히 호스트님이 직접해주신 바베큐, 홍어애, 문어 숙회 잊지 못할겁니다

房东爷爷奶奶非常热情，爷爷会说英文和一点中文，住宿体验很棒，跨年晚上奶奶还送了点水果吃，住的很开心！而且离最近的地铁站只需步行五分钟，去哪里都很方便，晚上睡觉也很安静，非常满意！

우선 숙소 바깥뷰와 바베큐장이 너무 좋았구요~ 침실 화장실 부엌 모든곳에 없는 것 하나없이 완벽하게 물품들이 구비가 되어있어서 너무 편리헸습니다! 역대 가본 숙소중에 가장 물품 구비가 완벽해서 정말 편했고 가족들이 숙소 잘 잡았다고 좋아했어요~~! 사장님도 친절하셧어요!

I absolutely loved staying here. The apartment is so stylish and the roof top is amazing. So much is offered for free (tea, water, food, advice) and you really feel like you are deep in the belly of Seoul and the wider Hongdae area. I would live here!

Host very responsive and helpful. They help to book the taxis for us because we had an early flight. The house was very clean and beautiful. However, the location is quite difficult to acces with public transport. MAy need to take taxi. Easy. Overall, the place was great and will repeat to stay.

Location was superb and central to lots of places. It has a homey vibe and was clean to live in! Space in the living area was also big enough for a group of 6 to hang out. Rosy is very responsive and constantly communicates with us. Will highly recommend to stay in this airbnb :)

Is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful view of the river. Had an amazing park for the kids a short walk away.

아이와 함께하는 천안여행! *거실 거실에는 큰 쇼파와 테이블이 있었고 공간이 넒어 아이들이 뛰어 놀기에도 적합했어요. 주방에서도 아이들이 무엇을 하고 있는지 지켜 볼 수 있었고, 큰 냉장고가 있어 바베큐를 이용하는 고객님에게 활용도가 높을 것 같아요. 더불어 정수기와 각종 식기류가 준비되어있고 수세미, 행주, 키친타올, 비닐팩도 사용하기 편리하게 비치되어있었습니다. 앗! 아기 의자도 2개 있어요! *방 저상침대개 있는 방은 3개였으며, 별도의 놀이방이 한 개 있었습니다. 화장실이 있는 방도 있어서 가족별로 화장실을 나눠 사용 할 수 있어서 편리했습니다. *화장실 화장실은 1층에 2개, 2층에 2~3개 있어 이용하기 좋았고, 화장실마다 세안용품이 있었습니다. 그리고 키즈펜션이라 아이들 세정 바디워시까지!! 센스 미쳤어요ㅎㅎ 더불어 자쿠지에서 놀 수 있는 튜브와 물놀이 용품들이 있었고, 사용하지 않았지만 천정에 히터(?)도 있있습니다! *주차 3대 가능했고 작은차는 더 많이 가능 할 것 같아요. *바베큐 저희는 이용하지않았지만 테라스에 의자와 바베큐 그릴이 준비되어있었습니다. 비바람을 막아줄 비닐 천막까지! 다음에 이용해보고 싶어요! **세 가족이 함께한 여행이였는데 모두가 대만족했습니다! 넒은 공간과 아이들을 위한공간까지! 군더더기 없는 인테리어와 호스트님의 추천 관광명소까지! 주차도 편리하고 소음이 없어서 매우 좋았어요 ㅠㅠ!!! 잠자리가 바뀌면 괜히 예민해지는데 너무나도 만족스러운 잠자리였습니다. 다음에 또 이용할게요!
