Nice place to stay. Easy check-in and Checkout. Did not have to call with any issues but received several messages letting us know how to get in touch with them if we needed something. Definitely would recommend.

The place was clean and spacious. We had a group of 4 and felt right at home. Downtown was less that a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay there again!

This was our 2nd time booking Matthew's place. Wonderful location and amenities for our employees to have a comfortable place to stay while they were building a job in the area.

Loved our time at BB&T by the Sea! House is as beautiful as pictures, and hosts (spoke with both James and Hugh on separate occasions) were friendly and attentive. Setup with separate bungalow was ideal for my parents who stayed with us for the week, and we loved being able to walk to both the beach and to get ice cream (Beaches & Sweets is a little gem!). Overall, would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Oak Island!

Min and Glen have an awesome place, great location and not far from the beach. We love bringing our dog on trips and Min and Glen were very accommodating. Also we had to change dates and Min made it stress free. We would totally stay at the City Woes 2 Sandy Toes again.

We really enjoyed the stay at the Cottage. We’ve been coming to OKI for years through Airbnb and haven’t been disappointed; this place was no different! Very clean, lots of kitchen tools/appliances, quiet street: we would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at Kolleen’s place. Loved the front screened porch to relax in and listen to the birds. Was very peaceful. We came down for Easter and to visit my son, who lives in Oak Island. Kolleen’s place was just as described and had plenty of room for my family of 5. We even hosted dinner, one evening, for 7 of us (plus 2 dogs) and there was plenty of room. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, just a little tricky crossing the main road (but doable). The bikes were an added plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Yolanda was very accommodating. Place was as described and seemed newly renovated. The price was a bit much for one night, but I'm assuming it goes down some if you get it for longer.

Booked this place for a local half Ironman triathlon. it was perfectly located between all the sites I needed to get to afford the event but also close to several restaurants and beach and downtown. exceptionally clean and cozy place, quiet and peaceful. Friendly and extremely responsive host. Will book it again next year when I come back to race. Highly recommend it.

We chose the Tipsy Turtle for our annual family New YEAR beach getaway. This house was our best stay of any beachhouse we've rented. It was exactly as they stated, spacious, well decorated and clean. it felt like home immediately. the grand kids enjoyed every minute. The host and co-host stayed in communications immediately when we asked any questions. This home and the host have ruined us for all other host. We have already booked our next stay and can't wait to go back

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

Booked this super late and Syndy was super fast and super responsive! Easy check-in and cozy place! Close to some great restaurants. Syndy was very kind in letting me check out later than the 10am which was very helpful. Would recommend this place to friends & family and will book again if I’m back in Wilmington. 5 stars!

My friends and I stayed here and it was amazing for just a one night trip, and I wish it had gone longer! We had the shortest walk to the beach and the place was cozy with a little porch in the front that made it very nice to hangout and enjoy the outside.

We had such a wonderful stay at Brandon's place in Wilmington, North Carolina! It was the perfect spring break getaway for our family. The property is truly unique—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and packed with things to do for all ages. Our kids loved spending time in the pool and hot tub, and they had a blast fishing in the pond. We, along with our dog, enjoyed peaceful morning walks through the gardens every day. The spring flowers were in full bloom and made for some beautiful family photos! The location was ideal—close to all three beaches with Carolina Bach only a short 10-min drive away, and about 20 minutes or so into downtown Wilmington which if you've never been, is such a cute town by the river. It was exactly the kind of break our family needed. Thank you, Brandon, for sharing this special place with us.

The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach! We had an issue with the hot tub, and Travis and Heather had someone out to fix it within a half hour. We appreciated it!! We would love to stay again.

We had a great weekend. This is a wonderful home and dog-friendly. Our dog was at home and the location was perfect for us. Robert was extremely helpful and great to get to know. The next time we find ourselves heading to Oak Island, we will stay here. Thanks for everything! Ken

We had a wonderful stay! The space was cozy and welcoming, with all the comforts of home but still felt like a true vacation. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and the walkability to the beach made it even better — just a short stroll and you’re by the ocean. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a cute little place perfect for a last minute beach trip. A fairly easy and short walk to the beach access was perfect. The only thing the 2nd half bath I did not consider as this. There is only a sink and a washer and dryer, no toilet. My family enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this rental. Thank you!!!

Gloria & Kevin’s place was so nice. It has beautiful views of the water, especially from in your private screen porch. The apartment is very large and roomy enough for a family. It has an amazing private beach that was awesome. Gloria & Kevin were great hosts very easy going and responded quickly to any questions we had. It is a great place for some secluded R &R. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable peaceful escape.

Amazing Airbnb. My husband and I were so happy we chose this place… we have 2 dogs and they both loved the backyard. The house was clean and never did we feel unsafe staying here. The neighborhood is beautiful and what you see in pictures is exactly what you’re getting. Book here!!

The location is walkable to so many shops, restaurants, the pier and the beach. We parked our car and didn’t move it for 5 days. The house was so clean and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, air fryer, coffee maker, etc. The area was very quiet. There was always plenty of room on the beach. Our kids loved being able to walk to the park and such beautiful scenery along the way. We plan to come back!

great spacious home, nearby beaches, grocery store, and reasonable trip to the airport. Host was friendly and checked in with us to make sure everything was good. really enjoyed this one.
