Welcome to Perroy, a beautiful town between Lausanne and Geneva. We offer a nice and fully equipped apartment on the top floor of our house. To get to the apartment you access a shared entrance. The apartment is spacious and has a balcony with a beautiful view over the lake and the vineyards. Willkommen in Perroy, einer Seegemeinde zwischen Lausanne und Genf. Bel appartement au rez-de-chaussée dans maison construite en 2017, dans le village très calme d'Essertines-sur-Rolle. A côté d'une ferme et avec vue sur la campagne. A 20 min en voiture ou 45 minutes en bus/train de Lausanne et Genève, à 10 min. de Rolle et du lac ou du Jura. Belles randonnées à pied ou vélo. Cuisine toute équipée, ouverte sur le séjour, 1 lit pliable pour 2 pers. Chambre avec 1 lit double. Salle de bains avec douche. Terrasse couverte avec accès au jardin. Wi-Fi haut débit.
