Twin Rivers Tiny House - Latvian Retreat

The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. The cabin is next door to our home. However, you will have as much privacy as you need or want. You are located 7 minutes from Oakhurst, only 20 miles from the South entrance of Yosemite, 15 minutes from Bass Lake

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

Welcome to our minimalist, rustic, farm style tiny house 30 minutes (17.6 miles) from the South entrance of Yosemite! Our tiny house is parked next to our small home where my husband and I live in our beautiful town, Oakhurst, with our three rescue llamas. When you stay with us, you'll have the whole tiny house to yourself which features a "real" bathroom (hot shower, flushing toilet, and sink) as well as a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed all surrounded by shiplap walls!

Come stay at this rustic, unique, hand sculpted cob earth house in the heart of the gold country surrounded by wilderness. The house is magical inside and out, with unique curved walls and ceilings, facing a seasonal pond and home to much wildlife. Sit outside at night under the Milky Way, watching shooting stars and listening to toads in the pond. Please note the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is down an external staircase. There is no oven.
