Norik’s place is perfect - we stayed for two weeks and had everything we needed. Norik is very reachable, kind, and his flat was nicely designed and made perfect use of the space. Really well priced. I recommend to everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place had a very typical Gyumri atmosphere, which made our experience even more special. It was peaceful, very clean, and had a unique charm. One of the highlights was listening to our neighbor play the piano—it added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want to experience the authentic spirit of Gyumri!

This accommodation is probably the best place to stay when visiting Gyumri. The location is unbeatable and the apartment is beautifully furnished. It has its own unique charm and is incredibly quiet. I truly enjoyed my stay in Gyumri and would recommend renting this apartment to anyone.
