The views include overlooking the hillside where the livestock and wildlife graze which results in a very quiet, peaceful area with no close neighbors. Prime location to many local close attractions.

Spoetzl Haus, 4 blocks to the Shiner Brewery

Spoetzl Haus is a charming historic cottage that once belonged to the famous Shiner Brewery, offering guests a unique blend of history, comfort, and small-town charm. The open floor plan includes two queen beds, a small dining area, and a convenient kitchenette, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families visiting the area. The cottage also features a oversized bathroom complete with a clawfoot tub and spacious walk-in shower.
