We try our best to be allergen free! The home is located 1 block from the quaint downtown and just steps away from Wabash Park and the Wabash Cannonball trailhead. West Unity is right along the Ohio Turnpike between exit 13 and 25. There are many adventures awaiting locally and even more within an hour's drive.

This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

Welcome to your home away from home! The General's quarters is a flat in vibrant and growing Northwest Ohio. Centrally located near the conveniences of the northside of Defiance near the College, restaurants, and shops. Also just off of US 24 which puts you in some great larger cities with just a short drive. Themed with the rich history of how Defiance came to be through General Anthony Wayne's defiance of the "English, Indians and all the Demons of Hell" shortly after the Revolutionary War.

Enjoy this peaceful country setting within 3 miles of the mall, Defiance College, Downtown Defiance, ProMedica Hospital, fast food, and more formal dining. While relaxing on the swing at the pond you may see deer, raccoon, blue heron, and turkey, or you could choose to sit at the waterfalls from April to November. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country home. We are centrally located only 25 minutes from Ft Wayne and 30 min from Michigan. Barn On Nye Manor wedding venue is just 1 1/2 miles down the road so this is a great spot for wedding guests to gather. Your stay includes great sunrises and the sound of a distant rooster on the large front porch. Enjoy 2 acres of open yard for fun family games and later enjoy marshmallows around the fire pit.

Come enjoy the peaceful countryside just 10 minutes off the tollroad in northwest Ohio. We have a separate one bedroom apartment on our fifth generation farm. My grandparents added this space onto the barn in 1968 so they had a place to stay when visiting. Now that they have passed, we have this space to share with others who are visiting or passing through the area . The space is perfect for one or two people.
