Our modern annexe provides a wonderful seaside base with free parking, which is a 2-minute walk to the cliff top, beach and 5 minutes to the town centre. The detached annexe offers stylish, comfortable calming accommodation in an idyllic peaceful and relaxing setting, excellent for couples. Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. Private off road parking.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Nestled on picturesque Beeston Common the cottage is a perfect home from home that offers everything needed for a great holiday. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

The Hoveller is the perfect place to stay for a family holiday or a couples' coastal break. Situated on a quiet residential road, a stones throw from the beach, shops and Norfolk coast path. The flat is part of a converted Victorian town house, recently renovated. There is off-street parking and outside space for BBQs and drinks. With a spacious kitchen diner, bathroom, master bedroom and a cosy living room on the ground floor and second bedroom upstairs.

OPEN FOR AUTUMN AND CHRISTMAS this year! Rinkydinks is a small but beautiful converted garden building where kookiness rules! It houses two people (in a double bed). There are tea/coffee facilities, fridge, hairdryer, Internet access. There is a private hot tub for your sole use. Free parking can usually be found on the street. Rinkydinks is just two streets from the sea. Come and stay, for summer bubbles or winter snuggles.
