The family had a lovely break here, a short drive from Norwich Showground where we attended an event but far enough away for peace and quiet… lovely walks… excellent pub Kings Arms local for dinner. Everything needed was in the lodge including a very appreciated ‘welcome pack’ to start us off on arrival. Highly recommend and hope to return again.

Great stay! The cottage was well equipped and very clean

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Lovely cosy cottage located close to all the shops and restaurants in Holt. Cosy beds and sofa. Great to have a drive to park the car, and easy to get to lots of great locations for walking and the beach. We didn’t use the hot tub as it didn’t feel like it was in a private enough spot, but this is just personal preference. Great hosts, thank you so much.

This was our second stay at Russell Cottage, which says a lot, since we usually prefer trying new places! The cottage is charming and peaceful, with a lovely quiet setting (though there’s a bit of road noise during rush hour, it didn’t bother us much). It’s beautifully kept and has everything you need to cook a proper meal. We even got lucky with a sunny day and made the most of the BBQ on the terrace. The location is great - just a 5-minute walk to a garden centre where you can grab extra logs if you're visiting outside of summer, plus there's a nice little café there too. It’s only about 13 min drive to Wells/ Holkham Beach, and the hot tub back at the cottage is perfect for winding down after a day out. Best of all, our little Pomeranian loves it there - it’s become a favourite for the whole family. All in all, a great value stay, and the hosts are always warm and welcoming without being intrusive. We’d happily return again!

We had the most wonderful time! The property is absolutely gorgeous to roam around and the house is really comfortable, well equipped and beautiful to stay in. Highly recommend!

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped cottage with lovely surroundings. Dog friendly too. Great to see such well cared for and happy hens wandering around too.

Just as it's pictured, weather was kind and made the house even more inviting. I was wowed when we pulled up the drive! I did have to check that I had booked somewhere with a secure garden and was pleasantly surprised once we turned up and saw the gardens, low fences but held in 3 springy Frenchies with no issues. Everything you need and more. Lots of lovely villages to visit. Dog walks on the doorstep. Already looking at when we can book again. Even considering hiring a boat too. Liz was great with instructions and local information. Highly recommend the Thatch cottage.

A very cosy cottage. Bigger than expected, clean and fully equipped. Great location, 1 minute walk to the beach. Communication with Richard was spot on. Would definitely consider coming back.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

Arriving at Albion Cottage was very easy, the cottage name was on the gate, nice and clear. Key in the key safe and a smooth key turn! The cottage is beautifully detailed with Victorian furniture and artefacts, pottery, pictures, lamps and lovely curios. All the furniture was very comfortable adding to the overall atmosphere of Victorian cosines. The kitchen was very well equipped with all mod-cons. Microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer. It’s also well stocked with items required for cooking - oils etc - very helpful. The beauty continues outside with an abundantly filled courtyard garden. Happisburgh is a small hamlet, very quiet with the exception of the free roaming friendly peacock! A delight to see. A small walk takes you to the ramp leading the the beach. A nice walk down to the beach and then back along the cliffs, finishing at the village pub. We throughly enjoyed our stay, the cottage and the village is a wonderfully peaceful place.

Just got back from three nights in May and the house was everything we wanted. Lovely village location but easy walk to the beach. Great spot for dog walks and village green superb for first walk in the morning or last thing at night. House was beautifully appointed and everything worked perfectly. Local area is great to explore and central location made this the perfect holiday base. Highly recommended.

Location of the holiday chalet is superb. Very peaceful, quite rural and couldn't be closer to a fantastic beach. You can walk for miles and hardly see a soul. The chalet had everything we needed. Really comfortable beds, warm and cosy in the evenings, beautiful views out the front looking over fields and countryside. Great, safe enclosed garden for the dogs. The fence/wire netting around the chalet gave the garden an open feel to it which was great. The dogs loved looking through the fence/wire netting and gate at passers by. If we came back to the area, I would certainly book this chalet again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Albert’s Cottage. It’s in a perfect place to visit places easily and is easy to get to and park up. Imogen was helpful and recommended some great places to visit. The cottage was equipped with everything you need for a great break. Would love to come back sometime soon.

Kates place is a beautiful little cottage, Kate gave clear instructions on where this was. check in and check out was smooth, although you are right next door to Kate you are left in peace. The breakfast basket is a beautiful and very helpful touch, even spare shampoo and body wash in bathrooms! leaflets for local attractions and days out, takeaway menus also- very helpful! The cottage is hygienic, all bedding and main areas were clean, some slight dust on skirting boards and cobwebs around (but I am a cleaner and probably pay far too much attention- even on holiday 🤦‍♀️) beds and sofas are super comfortable! peaceful and overall a beautiful place to stay! Will definitely use again when visiting in the future 😀

We had a lovely stay at this cosy cottage in a beautiful location. The village is charming and peaceful, and it made a great base for us to explore the nearby beaches in Wells with our toddler. The cottage had the essentials we needed and was comfortable and welcoming. It was perfect for a relaxing break.

Beautiful surroundings, loved being around all the nature, felt very private and tranquil. Would definitely recommend it to friends in the future and would stay here again when visiting Norwich

Lovely Airbnb in a great location. The pub opposites is fab and we enjoyed a lovely meal there and felt quite smug walking back on 2 seconds! The cottage is beautifully furnished. My 2 year old loved the ornamental tricycle! The snug was big enough for a small inflatable bed for our son so acted as an extra bedroom. The bedroom blinds aren’t great so bring your own blackout if you use them, but totally satisfactory. The kitchen was well equipped. The parking space outside the cottage is great and very handy. We had great days out at BeWILDerwood, Great Yarmouth, and a boat trip exploring the Norfolk broads. Lots to see and do in the area. Had a great stay.

We stayed at Bluebell Cottage for 5 days to celebrate my birthday and loved it. We had such a great time and were so comfortable in the cottage. From the minute we walked in, it felt like home. We went out every day exploring the area and coming back to the cottage after a long day felt wonderfully relaxing. I love North Norfolk so much, from the beautiful natural beaches to the characterful small towns and villages. We are definitely returning and will book the cottage again for sure. A lovely short break in a beautiful cottage in beautiful surroundings the cottage was well equipped there was everying there that you needed including a welcome pack lovely fresh bedding and towels even fresh flowers in the varses the grounds were amazing one of the best cottages we've stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. Would recommend this cottage and hope to go back.

This is a hidden gem. Fiona is an amazing host with her lovely labs Amber & Poppy. The cottage was warm and had an extremely comfortable and vast bed with very high quality bedding. A huge bath and tons of hot water. The cottage is very peaceful with walks all around yet under 10 mins from the excellent farm shop in Little Walsingham, and the superb Three Horseshoes Inn in Warham. Burnham Market is nearby as is Holt, and NT and English Heritage properties abound locally, as do stunning ancient churches and delightful villages like Cley-next-the -Sea with a very fine gallery, a large pottery, grocers and a range of pubs. The property has a fenced garden with wrought iron table and chairs which was ideal for eating outside. Fiona was delightful and you see as little or as much of her as you wish; the Round House is quite private. I can thoroughly recommend it and will certainly return! Ideal for lovely North Norfolk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the cottage was spacious and pristine The surrounding area was beautiful and calming. My sons loved the animals onsite, especially my youngest son ( 3 years old) who insisted on buying carrots and apples daily to feed the alpacas, goats and the donkeys - but his favourite was the white pony We will definitely be returning next year with family :)
