In a quiet area of the park, the caravan is as described only issue is the wifi in the description it states available but you can only log one device for free, also check that you really want to purchase the entertainment passes prior to buying them as you only actually need them for the Culver Club area so you can swim etc without them.

Monika was a brilliant host, the house was as described and very clean and well appointed. Excellent location for public transport and many excellent eateries to choose from. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home.

Absolutely perfect place to stay!

I rather loved my stay here in Southsea, opposite Ravelin Park, and close to so many attractions. Portsmouth Museum is just across the road, the seaside about 10 mins walk, the Historic Dockyard and gunwharf not much further. The apartment itself had all facilities and appliances anyone might want. It was clean, warm and fairly quiet, considering the busy traffic. The wifi, telly worked fine. I prefer the lockbox for the key too. All in all, quite perfect. I would happily stay there again.

Very nice apartment and well placed for going to Brockenhurst via walking and Lyndhurst by car. And was great to watch the local football team which was nice to experience

We visited Southsea for very sad reasons, it was my father-in-laws cremation so we needed somewhere close to Mum-in-law and having a wheelchair user with us meant finding a flat with little or no stairs. The garden flat was simply perfect for all of our needs with a beautiful, little outside patio that was a delightful sun trap. With everything at hand to make an emotional visit as easy as possible, I would thoroughly recommend Mark’s place. Its location is perfect for getting around Portsmouth and Southsea and we felt completely at home. Thanks, Kay, Kevin and Terry.

We had a wonderful welcome of Prosecco, chocolate cake and some secret chocolate gifts! I would highly recommend Sonia as a host and Micasa as a place to stay. We had a lovely break and the Isle of Wight was wonderful as always. Not the greatest weather but still lots to do. We would happily return to Micasa and Sonia’s hospitality.

Sea views to die for, we were blessed with blue skies in March and sat outside on the patio enjoying the sights and sound of the ocean, heaven! The kitchen, living area and master bedroom were truly exceptional, the kitchen was clearly a very high spec kitchen, with everything you could need. The living area was huge, with gorgeous coastal decor throughout, the apartment was really cosy and had a lovely lived in feel meaning we instantly felt at home.

Fantastic caravan. Well equipped and spotless. Comfortable beds and lovely quiet location. My only gripe and my fault for not checking properly is that it’s not beachfront as described in the information. I’d say a 20-25 minute walk at a normal pace which is too far if you want to take chairs etc.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Aufenthalt bei Dawn war angenehm. Das Haus ist schön und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dawn war für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

The flat was very clean and had everything we needed to make our 4 week last-minute stay nice and easy. Lukman was very helpful and communicative to anything we needed (not that we needed anything!). The flat was very clean and a great place to be for working and relaxing. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Way beyond expectations - we felt like we could've had a holiday based here rather than just stopping a couple of nights. Patsy was communicative and helpful, the place is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented, and the location couldn't be better. The best stay we've had on the island, no doubt.

We had the best holiday. Airbnb was immaculate, peaceful and well equipped. Vkki and Richard were both really friendly and made such an effort to make us feel at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave!

This is a beautiful apartment absolutely perfect for a couple. It’s ground floor which made it extremely accessible. All is exactly as described with the views being out of this world.

Carolyn, myself and mally the labrador had a great week , very peaceful, sitting on the patio watching the ships sail past. Bryce was very helpful, and lives on site , if a problem was to arise. The accommodation was spacious spotless and well equipped.

We stayed for the weekend, the place was very clean and spotless, we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and she was always responsive and helpful. My kids loved the chocolate eggs too

The welcome hamper is such a lovely touch and always makes us feel instantly at ease. The property itself is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully relaxing. Its location is ideal for exploring everything Emsworth has to offer—whether you're after coastal walks, charming shops, or great dining spots. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Pippa was a great host, leaving very clear instructions on how to get into the property and being super flexible on whether we’d need to use the EV charger or not (we didn’t need to in the end, but the option of being able to charge the car if we needed to was super reassuring!). Lovely apartment and a great location to walk along the coast, head into town for food (loved The Cave for wine and tapas), grab a lazy breakfast (big thumbs up for The Lighthouse) or explore the region. Enjoyed the peace and quiet too! Thanks very much indeed!
