Check-in was super smooth and the place has a lot of thoughtful touches, including blackout curtains, a brand new kitchen sponge for your use, laundry pods, dish detergent, etc. The hot tub was lovely and the place was quiet. We even saw a groundhog near the creek in the backyard.

Monika’s place was great! It was so quiet and cozy and the patio space with the hot tub and outdoor bed was so cute. I would love to come back when it is warm enough to sit out there in the evening. Monika was also so flexible and helpful when we had to reschedule the trip last minute due to an ice storm. The bed was also super comfortable and the shower was so nice!! I will say like most of the roads in this area, these roads are not for the faint of heart so if you’re afraid of heights like myself, it would probably be better to have someone else drive if possible. But the instructions and signs made it very easy to find. Overall this was a great stay and I would definitely come back!

Beautiful home felt at home when I had a issue he got right back to me and sent service man out same day hot tub clean as well new modern appliances and the master bathroom was to die for

We loved staying here! Looks exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Lots of room and was a quick easy drive to places we needed to goto. Amazing views. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Privacy is King at this cabin yet DoorDash delivered in a snap the one night we were too pooped to cook after a day exploring the Smokies. Everything you need is there, especially that wonderful, bubbling hot tub on the deck. Yvette is a friendly host and her guidance is the complete package!

Loved our stay! Perfect cabin for two and the hot tub is a great way to end the day after hiking. Very private and peaceful location.

The cottage was adorable and cozy! We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again. Just be aware, the spiral staircase is VERY narrow

We enjoyed staying at Tim’s place. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. And the trail behind the house was an extra bonus. Each morning you could have coffee on the back deck and listen to rushing water.

Okay! Better than the pictures! Better than expected. Beautifulll view of pigeon forge, doesn’t feel isolated since you have neighbors, but at the same time feels private. Extremely clean. Super cozy home, I loved it right away when I got there. Fire pit area is beautiful with string lights. 10/10 I loved this place. I will say it is far from everything, since it is up a mountain. It is a 20-30 min drive out of the mountain and the drive is very steep. But so worth it in my opinion.

We spent Christmas at Dallas and Courtney's home (5 nights) and what more can I say then that it felt like home, away from home! The whole place was cozy and I loved the great festive touches they put up for us like the Xmas tree, mistletoe, many dec items, and even Xmas lights outside of the house! Courtney was very responsive with any questions /concerns I had which were directed more about our dogs possibly breaking a string of lights outside (we didn't see them so we didn't know if it was the wind cause there was some windy days, or if the dogs accidentally tripped on it). In any case, she was gracious enough to say it was fine and that they were getting new ones! By the end of our stay, I felt like the Stoddards were friends of ours! It was an easy 5min drive to the grocery stores & restaurants. PF/Dolly was a fast maybe 25-30 min drive? The bonus was the firepit (we watched the sunrise and made smores) and the gaming system! We definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much!

this home is quaint. It is tucked away in a hidden neighborhood. there is a creek at the edge of the yard. once summer comes will be lovely and refreshing to wade in. The property was clean and had everything if you plan on cooking even a juicer!! Bonus for on site laundry and hot tub.

A very sweet remodel of a vintage home. Everything was clean. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Best of all, our doggies felt welcome, there was plenty of room for their beds and there's a cool off-leash dog park within a 5 minute walk. We all enjoyed our stay very much

This cabin is exactly as described. It looks just like the pictures and the water level of the lake was exactly what they described. This get-a-way was exactly what I needed, kayaks, hammocks, peace and quiet. Driveway is a little tricky/ steep. I would definitely stay here again.

It was very nice our stay did have to be cut short by one day because we woke up to no water after talking with Alex he said this has never happened and we came to an agreement of him refunding our last day and we went ahead and got a hotel he responded quickly and was very helpful w any questions I has asked overall I am very pleased with him and his attitude towards the situation and his AirBnB whenever I find myself in Tennessee I will be staying here!! Even though we had some issues in the end they were resolved in a timely manner

The "Art House" had an amazing character of its own. The decorations were eclectic and whimsical yet homey and comfortable. The addition of art activities and bikes to ride around town really made it feel like more of an experience than just a room or a house. Linnet, the host, was kind, quick to respond, and thoughtful with tiny details that really made our stay magical. I took my 9 year old there and she was so excited about all of it. Plus, the bed was very comfortable and the area felt very safe. Thanks, Linnet.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. My son and I came for a fishing trip and Dollywood. We enjoyed coming back after busy days and relaxing in the hot tub or watching movies. We ordered in a few nights from the local pizza place and it was great. They also had plenty of supplies at the home for us too.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfy. The house is spacious and the kitchen is one of the best stocked I've experienced in an Airbnb. Loved the screened in porch where I enjoyed my morning coffee by the fire table and watching the deer. Also enjoyed the fire ring near the end of the drive and a wonderful spacious piece of property. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park are only about an hours drive. Most definitely would stay here again. It did not disappoint.

We received clear instructions to find the home. It was private and secluded. We got right inside and found the place to be very charming, super clean and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. I would def stay there again. It was far enough away from the strip to enjoy the serene and peaceful surroundings but close enough to get to where all the action is.

Our little family stayed in this lovely cottage for New Years week. It was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and really appreciated all the accommodations. Jennifer was nice enough to provide an iron a few hours before our check in. We had everything we needed and more. Totally felt at home. The Cottage has a very charming history and we all around really enjoyed our quite safe stay next to the beautiful river away from the packed areas like Pigeon Forge and Gatlingbug. The drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was quick and super enjoyable with lots of different things and restaurant to explore on the way. Book it! It will be unforgettable!

this house had great views, plenty of space for our family of 4, the cover for the hot tub was very easy to get on and off. beds were comfortable. the driveway was a bit of a challenge. very steep, definitely need a confident experienced driver and 4 wheel drive. we saw bears and wild turkeys in the neighborhood so we were thankful we stayed there, because on all our hikes and exploring that was the only place we got to see bears. also if you plan to cook you must bring everything. no salt or oil or anything in kitchen. host very helpful when it came to wifi they helped us quickly.

Katy's place was so perfect! We had an issue with another airbnb and had no place to go after our 10 hr drive. We searched and Katy's rental popped up and we loved how it looked and the location. Katy got us right in. We opened the door and we were so happy that I had tears! Katy's home could not have been any more perfect! We saw right off how clean her home was. And the beautiful furniture and decor. And then the bedrooms. The beds were sooo wonderful! The kitchen had everything we could have needed. The bathrooms were spotless. One had a shower/tub combo and the other a nice size shower with 2 seats. And then we saw the back porch. It was so clean which is rare at most places. We were so exhausted, we stayed in and just showered and went to bed. And the beds were sooo comfortable that I did not want to get up the next morning!!! Katy thought of everything anyone could need. The location is quiet and beautiful. You could not ask for a better place to stay. Thank you Katy!!!

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub was fabulous after a long day of hiking or walking in town. There were so many extras not listed - coffee, creamer, spices, and snacks in the kitchen; shampoo, conditioner, hand soap in the bathrooms; laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. It was wonderful to arrive late at night and have a few comfort items to make it until the next morning. The beds were comfy with extra linens and plenty of towels in the bath. We loved our quiet evenings spent in the game room and around the fire pit. If you’re considering this property, just book it!
