Enjoy fishing, paddle boating, & wildlife watching. We often see turtles, deer, great blue herons, geese, frogs, fish, & fireflies⚡️. Guest house shares one wall (kitchen wall) with main house. 2 friendly Pomeranians on site. A secluded nature getaway but still close to all conveniences! 10-15 mins away from Target, Walmart, etc

Peaceful Pond Retreat

Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

This is a charming loft that is next to our 1896 renovated historical home. You will enjoy this freshly redesigned cozy homestead. It lies hidden within the historic district of a quaint little town incorporated in 1860, and you will find it just outside of Atlanta in Coweta County. Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Film enthusiasts can tour famous movie and tv spots with delicious eats.

This 1900 Farmhouse is situated just minutes from downtown Senoia on a picturesque street with a barn, lots of outdoor living space and availability for special events. The home features 16 foot ceiling, original molding, mudroom now a bath/laundry area, a loft that's great for kids or a wedding party. The home has been renovated but still has all of the charm of a 1900 original farmhouse setting. The interior is a completely open living, dining, kitchen floorpan that's great for entertaining.

Just 5 minutes from interstate 85. It is an easy 20-25 minutes to the Atlanta Airport and 30-35 minutes to Atlanta; Tyrone has been called "The Happiest Town in Georgia." Trillith Studios and The Walking Dead sites of Senoia are 12 and 25 minutes away respectively . The private entrance with keyless entry means you can come and go at any time. It is a self-contained unit attached to our house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience.

Our suite sits across the street from Lake Peachtree and is located in the heart of PTC. Our unit includes a queen bed, sofa bed (for groups of 3+), kitchenette, dining space and a full bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub. A great place to stay for business or pleasure. Family (baby/toddler/kid) Friendly. Explore nearby cart paths, walking trails and shopping that are all accessible 5 minutes or less by car/golf cart. Ask about renting our golf cart to really experience the charm of PTC!

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

High Speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, high end appliances & independent HVAC controls. Even zombies need their creature comforts.

Open plan guesthouse offering seclusion just 10 minutes to downtown Newnan and 40 min to Atlanta airport. In view of the main house where hosts reside, this carriage house styled guest suite offers a king sized bed plus a trundle with two single beds for up to 4 people. Additional toddlers or infants may be accommodated upon request. Kitchen includes full sized oven and fridge. Cozy, private, surrounded in trees in a cul-desac neighborhood all on 7 acre lots.

We call it 'Rockaway Hideaway'.At the end of a tree lined drive,a hidden gem tucked away in a forest.There's 2 great decks. One for enjoying the morning quiet and the second has a gas grill and patio set,perfect for sunset meals.Our home was remodeled in 2020. Inside has beautiful,modern decor.There's a large,open kitchen,dining and sitting area for gathering.All new appliances and amenities for enjoying great meals together.Bathrooms are also all new.
