Alan and I had a fantastic stay this week at the Annexe. Carol and Derek were so friendly and helpful and were so welcoming; they couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We felt at home straight away in a perfect space for us and our 2 small dogs. We had a relaxing and peaceful few days which was just what we needed and even had a magical experience where the cows and sheep in the field came right up to the fence to say hello one evening which made the perfect photos for our memories. We totally recommend this location if you are looking for a peaceful break. The annexe was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for the perfect stay with lots of extra items which really did make the difference such as: dog blankets, towels, bowls and treats. Bathroom towels, cleaning products and loo roll. Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk and of course those yummy fresh eggs. Carol and Derek thank you so much for an amazing stay- we will definitely be back. 😊

We had a lovely stay. The space is light and comfortable. Everything you needed was there and even little extras like ice in the freezer 🙂 We would definitely stay again, it was lovely.

Tom’s flat was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. The location was central and not far from the train station which made it easy to get around without a car. He was a responsive and helpful host. I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment very close to the centre of Lyme Regis. Very clean and comfortable beds and linen. Nice big bathroom. Great communication. Highly recommended :)

Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Bath. Super Lage und alles war gut zu Fuß machbar. Auch für unsere Kinder war die Wohnung toll, sie haben sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Toll eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll. Nach vorne lag eine lebhafte Straße, die aber dank guter Fenster null gestört hat. Die kleine Gasse vor der Unterkunft war etwas schmutzig, aber sonst eine nette Gegend mit kleinen Shops und coolem Bagelladen nebenan. Parken ist etwas tricky, aber wir haben immer einen umsonst gefunden im naheliegenden Wohngebiet und sind dann einfach zu Fuß gegangen. Bath und Tinas Unterkunft sind definitiv eine Reise wert.

The location is very central and easy to get to. It’s a peaceful gated area with great access to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, the bedrooms were spotless and we instantly felt comfortable. Would definitely like to stay here again.

We had the most amazing time! Lyme Regis is truly worth a visit. Absolutely beautiful with lots of restaurants and extremely dog friendly. Richards place is perfect so near to the seafront with a parking place that once there you don’t need your car so it’s brilliant !! As parking is costly and not much parking around. The home is spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds, beautiful view from the decking. Probable the best place to stay in Lyme Regis. We will definitely be back.

I booked marks place for family visiting us in portishead. They had a v lovely stay. The flat is stylish and spacious and there was a lovely welcome hamper to boot! Having a park opposite was great as they have young children. I would thoroughly recommend marks place

Thank you for a lovely stay. The place is in an amazing location, two minutes from the sea - you can see it from the bay window in the living room. Everywhere was lovely and clean and great value for money for the size - it’s huge! We loved the quirky layout too. For things to do, we loved the marine aquarium - it’s small but you get to hand feed the fish and hold starfish! The ammonite pavement on Monmouth beach is a must do too. The Lyme Regis museum is absolutely brilliant too. Both my kids loved it despite being very different ages (12 and 6).

This place was stunning, my family loved being here. Pictures do not do it justice. Would recommend and would stay again.

Me and my wife really enjoyed staying at your place and it makes our first time visitation to Cardiff even more memorable, this place is too convenient with groceries , nice restaurant and transportation with bus no.9 completes it all.

Exactly what we were looking for, cheap, cheerful, spacious, good quality, clean and organised. Right in the city centre, minutes away from the train station, 10 minute walk from all the clubs and pubs and restaurants and shops, no need for Ubers at all. Abigail was incredibly helpful, saved our whole night on our 2nd night when we wanted to relax at the flat and she helped us when we had technical difficulties with the TV. We went as 4 lads just getting away from home for a bit and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

Very well equipped, love the proper coffee machine (with beans provided), and breakfast included was a nice touch (frozen pastries, cereal and fresh milk). Beds were comfortable, linen was good quality. It’s near the road, but well insulated and we didn’t notice any noise. The whole place was nice and clean. Parking was right outside the patio doors, so easy to unload, which is not a given in Bath. I guess you’d call it functional rather than luxurious (white walls, white tiles etc), but you can’t complain about that at this price point and it was just as it looks in the photos. Our Uber into the city centre for dinner was less than £10. Communication was spot on. Can’t really fault it.

Beautiful Airbnb and exactly what you’d want for a few nights away. Clean and tidy and decorated beautifully. Very pleased with our stay.

Kim is very friendly and responsive. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need for a short or long stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend!

Me and my partner loved the place, we wanted something intimate to celebrate our engagement and it was just perfect. The bonus was even the hot tub, just loved every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back again because we loved our stay so much. Definitely looking forward to come back again. Quiet location, able to go for walks and just enjoy the nature. Thank you Teresa for the little basket for breakfast and the bottle of Prosecco 🥂 it was the cherry on top. Hope to see you again soon.

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The place was spotless and communication was seamless. Beautiful products in the shower and great coffee in the kitchen! The hot tub was a great touch for the children. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much we will recommend!

My mother had a wonderful stay. Julie was brilliant - was v proactive, gave clear instructions and very helpful. The accommodation was fantastic , furnished to a very high standard and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Great location as well near the high street.

Stayed here for the weekend for my friend’s birthday. Was such a lovely chilled weekend with the hot tub. Felt very homely with the dogs and cats always around to greet us. Loved the parrots. This place is amazing as were Rosemary and Ian. Will definitely be back again. Beautiful place with lots of places near by. Thank you Rosemary and Ian, see you again soon 😀
