This is truly a hidden gem. Tucked away in beautifoul suroundings, the House is spacious, cozy and has Everything and more of what you need. We especially enjoyed the porch und spend Hours enjoying the views and nature around us. We had a lot of Plans for the area (Robberg Island is a Must!), but ended up spending much more time at the house than planned. We had a marvelous time and would advice anyone to Book this wonderful place!

The accommodation was clean, cozy and thoughtfully equipped, with more than expected. The host were very helpful and welcoming and went the extra mile to make our holiday relaxing and memorable. We appreciate the hospitality. The walk to the beach is refreshing and safe. We would highly recommend Waterwind and definitely revisit again.

Felt right at home from the moment we walked in. 'Alexa' was a great spoil for the kids. The build in fireplace came in very handy too! Great short term location if you want to explore George or short business trip. Close to shops too. Sandro was very prompt in communicating!

This was a safe area where we could walk through the neighborhood. It is close to everything in Knysna. It was very clean and having a washer was really helpful. Wifi seemed slow. The property has a lot of steps, but that was fine for our family. It was nice to have multiple seating areas so we could sit together or spread out when we wanted to. Host offered information on local attractions and had coffee, milk, and sugar for when we arrived.

Great value for money in an amazing location!

Gorgeous place, we didn’t even get to see the view as the fog rolled in just before we arrived. But the interiors and decoration was so lovely and unique we didn’t even mind! Really just enjoyed our time inside the house :)

We were looking for a quiet place to stay close to the countryside and not far from restaurants and supermarkets. Abraham’s place was perfect. It was a safe place to stay. The only visitors were beautiful bushbuck and guinea fowl. We loved watching the animals in the garden. Out 6 year old loved the play area and trampoline. We made lots of use of the outside bbq overlooking the Outeniqua mountains. We will definitely stay here again.

One of the best AirBnBs I have stayed in and definitely one of the best in Sedgefield. I stayed there for 2.5 months while visiting family and experienced an excellent stay. The hosts go out of their way to make a person feel comfortable and at home and the unit is immaculate and well stocked with everything one could need. I could find no fault anywhere, everything was perfect for us and I am so grateful to the hosts for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay with Reinette and Frans. They made us and our two dogs feel right at home with a very warm welocome and treats for everyone. Their attention to detail for what you need in the house and area was spot on. Would highly recommend and will love to visit again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The area was peaceful and the place was stunning and neat. The amenities were great to use. The host’s company was great and was super helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

Geoff's place was absolutely lovely to stay overnight. It was nice and spacious and he had everything you need in the kitchen too. I will definatey visit again in the future.

This was a last minute booking over a busy period due to unforeseen circumstances resulted in a move. The home was comfortable, offered a lot under roof and offers easy access to the N2 and all the area has to offer. A standout during our stay was Ravon. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with - responsive, friendly and ready to help where needed!

Rita was so welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was so beautiful I wish we could have stayed longer.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht, hätten aber locker länger bleiben können. Die Unterkunft ist super und Michiel ein super Host, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und angenommen gefühlt. Er hat uns persönlich begrüsst und wohnt nebenan, sodass man bei Fragen jederzeit auf ihn zukommen könnte. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was es braucht, super Zimmer, bequeme Betten und das Auto kann in einem geschlossenen Bereich parkiert werden. Vielen Dank!

Not only my stay was great and the flat really pleasant to live in, but Alicia and Thys were incredibly hosts. I injured myself during my stay, and they helped me with groceries and put me in touch with someone to drive back my car to Cape Town ! I don’t know how I would have done without them, and will be eternally grateful for their actions. Thank you so much

Super cute beach house. Around 25 minutes from Mosselbaai, we easily drove into town for dinner. Beds comfy, kitchen and bathroom very clean. Easy communication. Really enjoyed our stay!!

We have visited Fernhill twice and we love it more and more each time! We stayed in one of the cottages. It's so cosy with the indoor fireplace adding to its charm. Beautiful and tranquil surroundings with daily visits from the cows, donkeys and horses right across from us. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed her enclosed garden and we had peace of mind knowing she was safe at all times. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from our stoep with rusks and coffee also available to purchase from the provided goodie basket. We absolutely love this place and always feel well rested on departure. Would recommend it to anyone who enjoys being close to nature.
