This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding area. PLEASE NOTE:- the price per night now includes Airbnb customer charge per night. Previously this was added on when booking. The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, and is totally self contained. It is situated on a private road on the west side of Seaton just off the South West coast path.

The apartment is light and airy with private gardens at the front and rear. Nestled within the arts quarter, shops and cafes are close to hand whilst the beach is just a short walk through the public gardens. A private courtyard provides useful storage for bikes and beach things.
