This condo has a well-appointed kitchen, leather couches, a widescreen TV with cable and DVD in the living room, and another TV with Netflix and DVD in the bedroom. No pets allowed!

Ideal for families and couples alike, the cottage boasts stylish, cozy interiors, comfortable beds with luxurious Brooklinen sheets, and an inviting fireplace.

Seafare - Suite A

Unwind and recharge in this nostalgic surfer pad, complete with a king-sized bed and smart TV. The living area is equipped with a gas fireplace and a couch that doubles as a futon for additional sleeping space. The kitchenette has all the essentials for dining, including dishware, silverware, and coffee-making supplies. Outside, enjoy a private yard perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying your morning coffee, or dining alfresco in this spacious area. Pets are welcome to stay in this room.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. My second floor, pet-friendly studio is located in a small (15-unit) property at the quiet, north end of Seaside's famous Promenade, 'the Prom'. A short 15-min stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants! There's a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Pets may not be left unattended in the unit... or in your vehicle, ty!

4-night minimum for July and Aug. Located a few short blocks from beach and promenade boardwalk, a few steps from river and climbing play-park! Wi-Fi, basic cable T.V., videos, games, books. Full kitchen with utensils and cookware. Spacious bathroom, soft linens. In response to a guest that said the bed needed some “fluff”, we now have a new comfy, foam-top mattress in the master. There is a Sofa Sleeper for the little ones (or an adult), and plenty of storage and space for longer stays. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.
