This place was an excellent choice for a large family or mixed group. There are downstairs and upstairs masters plus a first floor half bath and shared bath on the second. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool is a quick walk around the corner and the beach is literally a neighborhood stroll (totally family friendly). There are some beach supplies outside near the front door and the shuttle service is extremely convenient. The location is awesome for beautiful beach access, but also a fairly quick drive to additional beaches in case you want to switch things up. Publix & Whole Foods are around the corner - so convenient. Also, if you’re traveling with kids, we felt super safe here with five ranging from 8-15.

Our stay in April, 2024, was wonderful! Just as advertised, and the golf cart was a plus. Our week went way too fast! Hope to return next year.

Beautiful home in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The kids spent hours on end in the private heated pool and also took advantage of the community pool which was just up the road. Restaurants were within walking distance. The beach could have been as well, but we chose to use the golf cart to haul the provide chairs. Beach had beautiful turquoise waters. One of my favorite places to vacation in Florida. Would definitely recommend!

Joe was a great host - very responsive and flexible. The place was squeaky clean and a lot of room for the guests to chill.

Beautiful home. Awesome neighborhood. We actually had two separates homes due to such a large gathering. Private gated community with all the amenities needed within minutes. Private beach access. Forgot about the time change so we asked to check in an hour early. Was given access and door codes wo hesitation. Highly recommend!

We had a small mishap with a fishing pole upon arrival to the place, as the garage is a rather tight squeeze to get out of the car. However, other than that, the place was amazing. I would love to stay here again’ very clean, plenty of supplies, plenty of bathrooms and beds, golf cart was amazing. They even had the manager replace a broken beach wagon for us within the same day. Great place to stay in Destin Florida! Felt very peaceful, and very safe as in a gated community!

The was beautiful house & in a great location. About a 5 minute walk to the beach & it’s just outside of Seaside. The house had everything you needed & things were labeled too which was very helpful! Chelsey went out of her way to make sure we had a great vacation & was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group of eight--two families with four kids ages 9-14. We especially appreciated the spacious bedrooms, the numerous bathrooms, and the balcony. We had fun the pool and the nearby beach.

We love staying here. This is our 4th year staying at Gone to the Beach and it never disappoints.

First time at Blue Mountain. We wanted to try something other than the crowded Rosemary area. Loved the more laid back vibe. The house was the perfect set up for 6 adults and 5 kids under 7. Pool area perfect for our family! Very kid friendly yet private. Walkable to everything. Public beach is crowded so plan for that. And the public beach closest to house does not have a ramp so prepare for that too. We were very pleased with everything and had a great time!

This was our third summer visiting Santa Rosa and Seaside. It was the best visit yet! The house worked perfectly for our family of 10. Everyone had a bed/room, there was plenty of supplies, tons of beach towels and things to use at the beach, the neighborhood was extremely quiet, and we used the gold cart to get everywhere. There is limited parking to the driveway. We did get warnings on the vehicles we had parked along the street. But we figured out how to get all four vehicles in the garage and driveway, plus two golf carts so there is room. Thank you, Nancy. We will definitely look into staying again next summer.

Had the best time at the sandcastle! it was beautiful and big enough for the whole group. only complaint is no music outside which, it is a neighborhood so can’t complain much and the alarm on the back door which is there for safety. other than that we would come back and recommend to everyone

This was my family’s first experience staying in a Airbnb at the beach, and it was great! The location was very convenient and the walk to the beach was super easy. Seth provides everything you could need from dishwasher pods to full kitchen needs and even an umbrella for the beach. We were very pleased with all the amenities provided. We would highly recommend this clean Airbnb, and will most likely revisit again one day in the future!

Our stay at Casablanca 30A was truly exceptional! The home is incredibly spacious and perfect for groups, offering both comfort and style. Thoughtful touches like the game room, the inviting daybed swing on the porch, and the beautifully curated decor added so much charm and made our trip unforgettable. The hosts were remarkably responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Without a doubt, this has been one of our best Airbnb experiences to date!

This place was fantastic! So close to everything, but in a quiet gated area. We had 2 families with teens and 1 pup. The large bedroom with 3 large beds was perfect for them with their own bathroom. Bikes, chairs and beach towels were great. All the appliances worked well and washer and dryer is full size, unlike some rentals. We had to take our dog and it worked great. There was even a dog waste station in the community. The huge dog park was 3 miles away as well. We never went to the pool, but it looked nice too. We really enjoyed this area and rental! Karaoke at Papa Surf’s was a hit too!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool is great. Everything was clear on instructions on how to get in and it was very clean. I did ask to check in a little earlier due to being in town early and could not due to cleaning crew still there, which was understandable. Then asked if we could park there and just take the golf cart to the beach since we were early and that was declined as well. Was a little disappointed in that as I do feel that would have made our first day there more enjoyable, plus the next two were rainy so we missed out on a perfect beach afternoon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with my family, as the location offered proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The presence of a police station and fire department directly across from our accommodations ensured our safety and security. The kids had a great time using the pool and pool table. The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Place is the perfect size for a bigger group with a good amount of beds and the big living room couch. The private pool was a nice addition as well and a huge backyard. Good walking distance to the beach.

Karen gave my family and I such a wonderful and stress free vacation from the moment we booked and beyond! She was very kind and reached out personally mutiple times to not only check on us but to even help excite us for the vacation. Her response time was immaculate! The house was also just like the pictures and we enjoyed all the amenities! What a deal for all the fun things to do under one roof! Even us older "kids" found ourselves on the trampoline and shooting hoops by the pool! The massage in the jacuzzi was the perfect ending to every night!
