Located approximately 1.5 hours from Toronto, this cottage is the perfect place for families and friends to escape the hustle and bustle, relax and unwind.

Welcome to your slice of heaven! Located in the Sturgeon Lake region. Towns include Lindsay at the south end, Fenelon Falls at the northwest end, and Bobcaygeon at the east end. The property features a peaceful setting; 2 bedrooms, sauna room, 1 bathroom, rec room, the 'Doghouse', and more. There is an outdoor shower too! The lake and marina are a 1-minute stroll - the public beach (stone) is a 3-minute walk! There is a fireplace to curl up to on those cool nights. A place to enjoy any season!

Could be earlier depending on the weather. Also the City of Kawartha Lakes has a NO BONFIRE ban during April each year. So please do not do a BONFIRE.

Stay off-grid in an Amish built bunkie on top of a hill with the best south facing view in the area! Disconnect from your busy life and enjoy the country side. There is no wifi but cellular reception is good depending on your provider. There is an outhouse with compost toilet near the bunkie. There is no shower or sink. Enjoy the country and let nature do that talking! Pets are very welcome! Enjoy the trails and walk your dog(s) off leash.
