Claudio is a friendly, kind and pleasant host. Always answers inquiries quickly, courteously and with a lot of good will to help. The house itself is lovely. Very comfortable and clean. Comfortable mattresses. The environment is beautiful and quiet and there are hiking trails nearby. There is a well-stocked minimarket 200 meters away. We really enjoyed our stay at the house and would love to return in the future. Thank you Claudio for a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The appartment is perfect - it has everything you need and the view from the balcony is truly stunning! The living-room, bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen were spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a 2 week-stay. The location in Verbania couldn't have been any better. Just a few minutes walk to the next swimming spot by the lake. About 30 min walk or 5 min drive to the nearest supermarket. Central, yet far enough away from the busy spots :) Anna and her cousin were very kind and thoughtful - we stayed in touch before arriving and throughout the stay as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

We had a very relaxing holiday in this beautiful house & garden. Everyone enjoyed, 3-66 old! You really notice the house has been long in the family and is still used by them, well kept with everything you might need. Friendly communication and good tips as well!

This is a very very special place and we had an amazing holiday here swimming and paddle boarding on the lake, hiking in the mountains and enjoying many meals al fresco with the very special view of Orta San Giulia from the house. This is an old family home so don’t expect fancy modern furnishing and equipment. But the antiques and decor only add to a special feeling and beds are comfortable, bathrooms fine with plenty of hot water and everything you need for your holiday is provided. We brought our own paddle boards as it was cheaper to pay to bring them than hire locally and we enjoyed being able to jump on them from the end of the garden and find some sun when the sun was off the garden late afternoon. Also there are bitey midges so bring repellant.

Très belle maison spacieuse avec deux terrasses bien orientées, un terrain clos avec portail et possibilité de garer un véhicule. Idéal pour famille nombreuse (vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, lave-vaisselle). Sonia est très accueillante et a répondu très rapidement aux différents messages que nous avons pu lui envoyer durant le séjour. Seul point négatif est l'accès à Stresa (route sinueuse et pas très large) et difficultés de stationnement certains jours.

Villa parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Très grand parc avec une vue superbe sur le lac majeur. La maison est assez grande pour que chacun ait son indépendance (chambres et salles de bains). Nous étions 7, dont 3 couples. L'aménagement n'est pas très récent, mais c'est aussi ce qui fait son charme ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette région magnifique.

Alles wunderbar, wir wollten mit unseren 2 kleinen Hunden Ruhe und Natur erleben, (vor der Haustüre Naturschutzgebiet entlang des Toce). Tourismus wie Stresa, Ascona, etc. wenige km entfernt. Haus sehr schön und an idealem Standort,um jeden Urlaubstraum erfüllen zu können. Die Großzügigkeit des Hauses lädt ein, auch mal 1 Tag ohne Aktion in Ruhe zu entspannen. Lago Mezzola, ganz nah und sehr nett, auch Lago Orta nicht weit. Wandern, spazieren gehen , Fahrrad fahren, klettern oder Caffe trinken am Lago Maggiore, alles möglich, schöner kann Urlaub nicht sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Dann 3 Wochen, 2 waren zu wenig. Danke Silvia, dass Du uns dein schönes Haus mit dem schönen Garten vermietet hast.

Great place for group of 7 (four adults and three kids). Backyard was great for the kids. Grocery store right around the corner. Neighborhood is close enough to St Marks Square to be convenient but also feels away from the crowds

Prachtige ruime villa (mooier dan de foto’s) met eveneens prachtig uitzicht op het meer. De binnenkomst in de hal gaf meteen het juiste gevoel! Prachtige trap met zicht helemaal naar boven. De restaurants van Baveno op loopafstand (10-15 min). Wij zaten met 2 gezinnen van 5 personen in het huis. Oprit was wat krap met een grote auto.

This was our second time at this property. The place is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it to anyone wishing to have a luxurious vacation nearby Italian lake. We also give extra credit for the hosts due to they (and the cleaning staff) have made tourists’ life a bit easier on relation to very strict Italian recycling requirements :)

The house is wonderful. The views of the lake are exactly those shown on the website Weather too cool to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. You will need a car, but roads are well marked and Stressa is about a 10 minute drive. There were six of us in our party with plenty of room for everyone. All of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms with an extra bathroom on the ground floor. We have rented many properties, but this one is among the best!!! We will be recommending it to anyone who asks where they should stay in the area The owner also has a winery about 30 min away and well worth the drive

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

Es war ein herrliche Zeit in der tollen Villa am See. Schöne Zimmer, Bäder und gemütliche Ecken für Gespräche. Den grossen Garten haben die Kinder ausgiebig genossen. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Einzig die späte Check-In Zeit finden wir dem Preis nicht entsprechend und Küchenutensilien haben wir vor dem Gebrauch nochmals nachgereinigt. Ansonsten gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Beautiful view of the lake - even prettier than the pictures. You will need a car to get to & from the home - the road to the home is narrow and up a steep hill. The air conditioning works well in the bedrooms - the living area was comfortable but would be warm during summer months. We would happily stay there again.

Das tolle Haus liegt in den Hügeln von Verbania und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht. Der Pool ist riesig und bietet Familien mit Kindern die gut schwimmen können sehr viel. Es ist genügend Platz im Haus und was uns speziell gefallen hat, war die Beschattung der Liegen und ein leichter Tsch und leichte Stühle, die der Sonnenstellung angepasst werden konnten. Aldo und Raffaela haben uns mit viel Charme und Herzblut betreut. Alles top!

Soggiornato per il ponte del 1 maggio con amici, in totale 9 persone. Location situata in un posto molto tranquillo circondato dal verde vicino alla partenza dei traghetti a Stresa (a circa 15 min. di macchina). Casa perfetta dotata di tutti i confort e molto di più. Pulizia impeccabile, camere spaziose, cucina con tutto l'occorrente per far colazione, pranzo o per poter passare una cena tra amici sentendosi a casa in un salone molto spazioso. Ampio garage per parcheggiare 2 vetture. Ampio dehors esterno con piscina. Ristorante-pizzeria a 5 min a piedi dall'abitazione. Nel caso da ritornarci sicuramente. Vivamente consigliato. Grazie.

Hi Property has a great outside space which is why we chose it, Pool ,bbq, plenty of sunbeds, music system. Inside are huge areas but didn't really use as we visited in Summer. The interior is dated from a taste p.o.v but everything you can think of is supplied and its very clean and well looked after. Area is suburban but only 5 minutes from the lake and beach, 10 minutes into the old town with goods bars & restaurants. Great host always contactable.

Das Haus liegt weit oben. Die Strassen hinauf sind sehr kurvig und schmal. Aber wenn man dann die Aussicht geniessen kann ist man sprachlos. Haus ist Luxus pur. Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Siamo stati da Nicole e Gabriele per un addio al nubilato. Direi esperienza super! Sono stati carinissimi e ci siamo trovati subito in sintonia, abbiamo cenato e pranzato insieme e ci siamo sentite a casa. Una casa con una storia, un vissuto e un’anima. Grazie di cuore
