This is a comfortable flat with lovely views over the river Esk. Easy to walk into the centre of Whitby with plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. It was well equipped, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ryan's Unique Apartment on Normanby Terrace was fantastic. very close to West Cliff, Beach, Restaurants and Pubs. the Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ryan was very welcoming and very responsive when asked questions. We parked in the sports hall car park and paid for 4 days without any issues. this was a 5 min walk from the apartment. we would certainly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again. We had a really great time in Debra's home. Her place is clean, comfortable, and close to the beaches, supermarkets, and restaurants. Debra is warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to texts/emails. We look forward to returning again in the Fall. Thank you so much, Debra! xx

Absolutely lovely place. Exactly as described. Everything we needed. Only place for 1 car per apartment, but was easy to find another carpark. 15 minute walk straight down main road leading into the centre. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

Wow wow wow, what an amazing place to stay. Stunning house, stunning location. The attention to detail was fantastic, Philippa and Andrew were so approachable, friendly and helpful and they helped to make our stay comfortable. The house was spotless and full of everything we needed. Our children are already asking how soon we can come and visit again. The hot tub was ready for our arrival and the view were gorgeous, what a gem of a find. Very much looking forward to returning to Yoredale House, Thankyou for having us!

Ian was a great host. excellent communication at all times. The house was in a good location within close proximity of shops, pubs and restaurants of Harrogate. Would definitely book again when visiting Harrogate.

The place was exactly what we were looking for and is a great base to explore Whitby, close enough to be convenient but also far enough away to be able to retreat from the crowds. The setting is very unique beneath the arches of the viaduct and it is very peaceful and relaxing.

Brilliant home, stayed for my fiancées 30th, we were all very happy with the house, and Charles was very helpful! Lovely little seaside town!

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

We had a great time at the bnb during our visit to York. The place was quite spacious and the location was on point. We would walk daily to the town center and nearby areas. In terms of our stay, it was quite nice, with most of the amenities available including a well equipped kitchen. I would definitely recommend the bnb.

Fantastic place to stay, very central, extremely clean and well equipped. Host was very communicative even giving us a location of a super market we could stop at on our way so we weren’t hunting for one. Felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this host if you are heading to York.

The apartment was very well placed, clean & tidy. Beautiful kitchen & large tv. Felt at home straight away. Whitby was so busy we couldn't use the W parking zone. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would definitely use again. Plenty of amenities nearby, breakfast next door is recommended. Brilliant holiday.

Great little 1 bedroom flat and lovely hosts. The flat feels very spacious, modern and clean. Richard and Caroline are very helpful and friendly. I’d highly recommend this place. Walking distance to train station, bus stop, local pub and canal.

Diane’s apartment was delightful. Tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. It was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed for our stay and is the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in. It is conveniently situated in the centre of Malton with a designated parking space. The only thing we might say is that, if you have a big vehicle, parking can be a bit tight. Thank you Diane.

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. Pretty neighbourhood, close to parks and shops and central York, and very walkable. The flat was clean and tidy and very comfortable. There were instructions in the flat for WiFi and heating, which Vic had already sent us, it was private and quiet.

We had a great stay, a brilliant location to walk to all the amazing things to do in York. The apartment was really clean , well equipped and spacious for the 3 of us with a good layout to relax after a day of sightseeing! Chris was a great host with really helpful and proactive instructions and recommendations. Would definitely stay again should we return to York. Thanks Chris!
