Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay with my mother and family. Plenty of space and had everything we needed and then some! Would absolutely stay again and recommend. We walked with our 4 year old to town and back and really enjoyed the town of Helen. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was such a peaceful place with beautiful surroundings. The cabin itself is not luxury, but has the essentials and is exactly how it is described. The first 2 nights we stayed it was only 3 of us, but is was 5 of us on our last night until we continued our next leg of the trip. I will say we felt a little cramped as the living room is small, but the sleeping space is fine. So if you are a larger party, keep this in mind. Also, there is only one bathroom and it is downstairs...so if you need to use it in the middle of the night, you have to trek downstairs and potentially disturb anyone sleeping in the sofabed. One Having said that, the natural surroundings make up for the lack of indoor space. There is also a grill for each unit (the cabin is 3 attached units), and a few sitting areas with a fire place through out. It is very peaceful and I would stay there again.

Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

Was definitely way better than we could have imagined, everything was amazing definitely will book again.

We had alot of fun here also brought our dog. It is a great location right in the middle of beautiful mountains. great getaway to feel off the grid from all the crazyniess. Not to mention the amazing hiking trails very nearby! loved this area and cabin!

Darin's townhouse on the golf course is very clean and pretty, quiet, the view is super relaxing. The townhouse is very close to downtown Helen, a couple of minutes drive. Darin is great with communication, gives clear directions to access the place. The pictures on the website are absolutely accurate. A nice and relaxing retreat !

This was a great spot, close to downtown Helen! Ashley went above and beyond with her communication. We hope to be back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Southern Charm in Blue Ridge, Georgia! We visit the area several times a year, but this was our first time staying downtown - and it was a total game changer! The location was perfect, the home was beautiful and cozy, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We can’t wait to come back and stay again soon. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way!

A must stay!!!! The beds were absolutely amazing! Comfy furniture is hard to find in an air bnb. Not here! The couch was comfy and the beds were absolutely amazing! Great water pressure! Super clean! Stocked kitchen! Beautiful quiet view of the river! With this being a townhouse you will hear noise but if you bring a fan it’ll help! The neighbors are a little loud lots of banging and loud talking night and day BUT that’s what happens in a townhome! That is NOT A Deal breaker at all! If you are in Helen you must stay here!!!!!!! I can’t get over how comfy the home was! Honestly I didn’t want to leave the home lol

This was a great house. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. It was awesome how every bedroom had its own bathroom and balcony/patio. The next door neighbor is a permanent resident, and he was very nice. I loved how the location was extremely close to town, yet felt secluded from it.

We loved our stay!! Cute, cozy and private!! We would definitely stay again! Really close to town but far enough that you wouldn't know. And 3 minutes from Golf course. We loved Helen!

We absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend it! It was easy to access, which is not always the case in the mountains, and it is a beautiful, spacious home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view of the golf course is gorgeous, and we loved walking around Trillium. The patio is so peaceful! Loved having dinner out there. Of course Cashiers itself is wonderful, and we found it very easy to go to and from our Airbnb. Derek is so friendly and responsive and was a great host. Thank you so much, Derek!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly spacious, with comfortable beds. The decks provided a relaxing spot to watch the river flow by. Our child loved the fun games provided, which kept her entertained throughout the trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly visit again!

We had a fantastic time in Helen and the location of this condo was exactly what we wanted. It was very walkable to everything downtown has to offer. There are many parking lots in the area, including right next door, but luckily we left our car parked at the condo and walked to restaurants, bars, and activities. There are many restaurants within a few blocks, and located about 2 blocks behind the condo is the Fun Factory, where we walked with our kids and let them burn off some energy. The condo itself is very nice, certainly the nicest of the complex. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted by a nice foyer and the elevator. As 2 of the 3 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, we immediately put our bags in the elevator and rode up to the 3rd floor to drop off everything. It was great to accomplish it in one trip, instead of 7 trips via the stairs. The furniture is nice and comfortable, the wifi worked well throughout the unit, and everything was clean.

We felt right at home. The townhouse was very quiet and peaceful while very close to the town center with all the restaurants, shops and activities. We would definitely stay there again
