Staying at Vera's was wonderful! I was going to a conference in downtown Tampa, and staying here was an excellent alternative to overpriced downtown hotels. The garden area is just beautiful, the guesthouse is small but has everything you need, and the whole area of Davis island is charming. There's a little strip of restaurants a 10-minute walk away, and you can easily grab a scooter and ride to the beach.

While the location of this home is in the midst of the city and near the airport, the neighborhood was quiet and walkable, stores and restaurants were nearby and there was easy access to highways. It was a comfortable place to return" home: to each day. The beds and couch were comfortable and the air conditioners really helped. James and his family were very friendly and helpful. The size of the unit was fine for two people, but with a small bathroom and kitchen, might be a challenge for 3.

Peaceful treehouse in the heart of Hyde Park. The location is great, bed very comfortable and we enjoyed the screened porch .

Jeff’s place was in a great location for my one night trip in st. Pete. Very close to local restaurants and bars. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Will stay there again.

Our stay at Paulett's guest house was perfect. Her guest house exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. It was also easy to maintain while we were there. She had plenty of cleaning supplies, vacuum and a washer/dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained as well. We enjoyed the private outside space in the back of the house as well. It was a serene place relax after a day at the beach and visiting with family. We would highly recommend Paulett's guest house. We can't wait to return!

Wow! This place was great for my partner and I. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful- a true oasis. Everything you need is there from kitchen items to beach play! It was very clean and has beautiful and trendy decor. It is also in a great location, nothing felt too far! We went to both Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key beach, which are both beautiful. Downtown Sarasota is a quick drive with cute cafes, restaurants, and art displays! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway to relax and unwind for a blissful weekend. I would rebook over and over again!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage and hope to return again. It was cozy, convenient to Siesta Key Beach, had everything we needed and we loved the neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your cottage!

cute little studio, with a kitchenette and a big shower. Smart TV and they even left some popcorn and waters! The backyard was what really made this place shine. Beautiful jungle vibe, native plants, and a really peaceful set up, lots of birdwatching. A fire pit if it's cold ( did not try this out). The hot tub is incredible, multiple different seats with different jet configurations, super clean, good privacy. Great location near everything in St Pete. I will definitely be back!

We loved staying here for a few days! Gorgeous and peaceful corner of Apollo Beach and the outdoor area was such a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee. We're really grateful we discovered this place and Rose was so welcoming. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an escape in the area.

Ali was a great host- so accommodating and responsive! The place looked like the pictures and was very close to downtown Sarasota and the beach.

Wonderful, cozy, and comfortable place. Great place to get off the beaten path and relax after a hot time on the beach. None of the annoying traffic and noice. Easy parking and entry. Everything you need and nothing you don't.

This was truly one of the best airbnb stays we have had- and we travel a lot! Randy & Brenda were so friendly and accommodating. You cannot beat the location!!! The beach is right across the street and everything you could possibly need for the beach is available with your stay. Our stay felt very private, yet a walk away to the restaurants/bars. We rented two bikes from “beach bum” and were able to explore the whole island by bike- even made it to bean point. The place is squeaky clean!! We made a few dinners in and appreciated the dishwasher. Thank you so much for hosting us! We truly cannot wait to come back and stay at your place again!

Daimis's place is located in a residential, calm area about 15 minute-drive from the beach. Easy to check-in and check-out, the guest house was super clean and had all the essentials plus a bottle of red wine and purified water in the fridge. We only stayed one night yet we were able to enjoy an evening walk around the block. Look up! You may spot several star constellations in the night sky. The next morning, we discover Cremesh, a tasty Czech bakery only five minutes away. Their sweet kolaches powered our drive home.

We loved this place! We stayed as a family of 3, my husband, our 1 year old, and I. It felt like a nice safe neighborhood. There are tons of places to walk to nearby, the downtown area is about a mile away. The host was very responsive and friendly. The place itself was super cute and felt very clean! The pool was also very nice and clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cute historic place. Great location, easy to walk to downtown. Friendly hosts. Private tropical yard. Very well stocked, lots of supplies to cook there. Also comfy beds with extra blankets. Great water pressure in the shower!

Giovanny's place is perfect for a quick Tampa trip. It's equipped with everything you need and located in a great part of town with a lot of things to do around. Giovanny was incredibly nice and allowed us to check in early after a 14 hour road trip. Beds are comfortable (even the inflatable mattress) and you have everything you need for your stay. There two little problems when we arrived but Giovanny quickly stepped up and fixed them both. The only thing I'd point out is, the fence and house no longer look like the pictures (house is white and fence is wood planks) so it was a bit confusing when we arrived but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

what's not to love about this space. It's adorably decorated, clean, cozy, and the location is so ideal. Kay was responsive and helpful anytime I had questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

What a wonderful and welcoming experience when we arrived. Jennifer & Steve were finishing up and as described, the cleaning was meticulous ! We briefly met the pups and they are SO sweet. The grounds have a rustic beach vibe with vibrant colors and inside, a great beach decor with all you need! It was so comfortable! We will stay again when we get back to St. Pete!!!!

Tidy, well managed space! We appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail, particularly the available coffee and toiletries. Made our visit easy and enjoyable. Be aware of some street noise from nearby busy road and freeway, particularly evident in the bedroom with queen bed. Overall, a nice place with easy access to all St Pete amenities!

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a more beautiful property. The pool area and landscaping make it feel like a private and luxurious escape! The space was perfect for 2 people and the location to Central Ave was great. I loved the decor, the cleanliness and all of the amenities. If you’re searching for an AirBnb in St Pete, stop scrolling, this one is it. I’ll be personally recommending it to anyone looking to visit the area. Thank you again!
