We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

Jorge is such an outstanding host. His communication is always responsive and attentive. He is so friendly and helpful that you will get a friend after your stay. Our whole family felt right home at the place and kids do not want to leave the place with lots of fun things to do/play with. We all enjoy the pool and jacuzzi very much. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal für knapp drei Wochen bei Saai, weil es uns das erste mal so gut gefiel. Saai ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und immer bei Fragen erreichbar. Die Lage ist in Chiang sehr gut. Man ist mitten in der Stadt und doch ist es in der Sielung sehr ruhig. Ein Roller ist von Vorteil und sonst Bolt oder Grab.

Za is one of the most helpful host ever!! She introduced a lot of local activities and spots to visit, and also helped us to rent a car.

Logement vraiment magnifique! Les plafonds sont immense il y’a un étant avec des nenuphare tout autour de la maison, c’est encore plus beau que sur les photos!! 3 grandes chambres avec 3 grand lit double! toute la villa était pour nous! La dame qui s’occupe de nettoyer la villa était très sympathique 😌 Un peu loin de la ville aucun grabe disponible, mais très reposant. La villa aurait besoin d’un petit coup de neuf sur certaine installation mais ce n’était pas dérangeant je recommande cet endroit et j’y retournerai sans hésiter pour repasser une semaine 🥰

We were searching for a quite place after some travel time and found it. The house was perfect for me and my two children to relax and everybody could enjoy time on his own in different rooms. The house is big and clean and has a nice decor. There is a garden arround with different sitting areas to have a coffee or read a book. Even the main roads are easy to reach from the house, you cant hear any street noise. A shopping mall and street shops a reachable in a few minutes with the car. Siri is a wonderful host. He gave us all information we needed and was helpful in all situations. He asked every day if anything is missing. It was easy to contact him via Whats app. He helped us organizing a doctors appointement and drove us in the city, helping talk to the doctor. Thank you for all your kindness and help. You gave us a feeling of having a home and a friend.

Nice place with great beds and modern bathrooms. Location is not tourist area but nice overall with very easy access to the center of Chiang Mai. Thank you to all the Thai people for being such wonderful and gracious hosts.

wonderful stay with a warming host, always been checking us out & introducing us to places, the location is just very convenient as it was just beside big C, the house is perfect for family with kids. thank u merry for being a excellent host, we will be back again. love

호스트가 친절해요. 번잡하고 시끄러운 곳보다는 조용한 곳입니다. 단촐하지만 세탁기를 포함하여 갖추어야할 시설들을 잘 갖추고 있습니다. 올드시티와 접근성도 용이 합니다. 전반적으로 좋았습니다.^^

My friends and I visited for the lantern festival and this was a great stay! It’s in a private community, and felt very safe. The house is spacious and was perfect for a group of four. It’s also conveniently close to the airport!

Me and the family stayed at her place for 11 days and we loved it. the firepit, the garden, the fish in the pond and the location is close to everything. We Highly and deeply recommend her place. Thanwalai is very hospitable. Her house is exquisite, luxurious and clean. Like a five-star hotel, she also prepares a lot of fruits and food. I believe anyone can spend a pleasant holiday in her house. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet life，There are many big trees in the center of the community. The air is very good. The guards ensure your safety. Food and daily necessities can be bought outside the community gate。 For some reason, I cancelled the order and forgive each other with Thanwalai, She is a good landlord and the house is excellence. Recommended choice.

What a beautiful property, for an excellent price. Fabian was extremely helpful in helpful in ensuring we were checked in and okay. Highly reccomend.

Very nice house, clean and comfortable. 房间很宽敞，很干净，家具电器基本是全新的，房东人很好，我们在清迈有任何疑问房东都热心解答，我们有个小朋友飞机延误到半夜房东还来机场接我们，房子离机场不远，很容易打到grab，下次来一定还会入住。

ฉันเข้าพักกับครอบครัว ในช่วงสงกรานต์ เป็นเวลา 3คืน 4วัน ที่พักทำเลดีมาก ไม่ไกลในเมือง มีทางเข้าออกได้หลายทาง เหมาะกับคนที่มีรถยนต์ หรือจะใช้บริการแท็กซี่แกร็บ ก็สามารถเรียกรถได้ไม่ยาก บริเวณโดยรอบ สงบ เป็นส่วนตัว ไม่มีเสียงดังรบกวนจากเพื่อนบ้าน ที่พักสะอาด ตกแต่งสวยงาม ตรงตามในรูป โดยเฉพาะเตียงนอน ฉันชอบมาก ฟูกหนานุ่ม หลับสบาย มีหมอนให้4ใบ ต่อ 1เตียง แต่ถ้าคนไม่ชอบหมอนสูง อาจจะมีปัญหาเล็กน้อย แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ดูใหม่ สมาร์ททีวีจอใหญ่สะใจมาก ได้น้ำดื่มฟรี แพ็ค 12 ขวด มา 2แพ็ค

A great place to stay for us, everything we needed, very good kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious, clean and well equipped. Swimming pool and shopping centre with a wide variety of shops and places to eat all within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Wandee is a great host, very quick to respond, arranging transport to and from the airport for us, cleaning the house regularly and even providing a motorbike for us to use locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

First off this was our favorite house out of all the places we stayed in Thailand! Beautiful gated community close to the airport and walking distance to a super market. The house was clean and had all the amenities. Four bed four bath,snacks in the kitchen, and the owner gave great recommendations on restaurants. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
