The rental was perfect for our needs as solar professionals, and the house was thoughtfully setup for guests. We felt very welcome and well cared for.

We really enjoyed our time here. They had everything we could have needed and more. So many little details that made it an awesome place to stay. We love the backyard where we played bags, enjoyed a small Easter egg hunt, and conversations around the fire. The porch was a cozy place to relax and there was plenty of space for everyone in the house. It was a perfect place for us to visit with family and unwind after our time celebrating the graduation of our newest family soldier. We recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.

Our racing team was in town for the weekend at Carolina Motorsports Park. Janice's home was perfect for rest and relaxation when away from the track. There was ample parking for two trucks, spacious bedrooms, and plenty of seating. The small fenced side yard would be great for pets or kids. The home is clean and comfortable with all modern amenities. The location is great; a quiet neighborhood on a side street near downtown Camden is more than we could have asked. It was easy to get to everything and enjoy our stay. I would recommend if you are nearby.

Cathy was great to deal with. She was very prompt in her response to any question we had and extremely proactive in ensuring we were informed of all the information we needed for our stay. The house in located in a nice community and has easy access to all you need in the area.

Great place to stay- walking to park circle restaurants and nightlife. Very cozy and cool funky vibe. Beds were SUPER comfortable- some of the best I’ve experienced. Big fluffy blankets were available for each room- which is an added bonus. Very well stocked kitchen- no problem preparing anything I wanted. Cute back yard area with seating. Good amount of parking for guests and visitors.

Was perfect for us for a quick overnight to visit our soldier. Very convenient location to the base. Area has good vibe and plenty of stores and restaurants close by.

We had a lovely stay! With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there was lots of space for 8 adults to be comfortable. The pool was used everyday and the house had everything we needed. There was a bit of an issue with the pool when we arrived but was promptly looked after the following morning. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone visiting beautiful Charleston!

Kathy was the best host we have ever had at an AirBNB. My wife and I, and another couple, traveled to Charleston to run in the Cooper River Bridge 10k. Kathy was proactive in communication and extremely kind. She left treats for us upon arrival and was consistent in her communication with us throughout our stay. The place itself was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The screened in porch was awesome and peaceful. The kitchen and living space was great. The unit is about 20-25 minutes north of downtown Charleston. It was 10-15 minutes from the Charleston Convention Center. We highly recommend this place and thank Kathy for a great visit!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

This was my second stay at the cottage. It's very comfortable and has everything you need - including a well-equipped kitchen. It's easy to find, very quiet, and dog-friendly. Kathryn and Greg are good communicators and very responsive. Highly recommend and will stay there again in the future if available.

Joel and Giovi were exceptional hosts! Both very helpful and kind! During my stay I even learned to drive stick, and shoot a firearm! They are both military and very disciplined and responsible regarding that and in their daily lives. The unit was perfect for my parents and pets while I was evacuating. Very high ceilings. Quality hard tile floors. Classic entertainment systems. Pool table. Swimming pool. The privacy and security with a brick wall and gate helped put my parents at ease in their first Airbnb. My father now talks about renovating our house!

Love the way it is decorated; not overly done , very subdued. Very spacious and the pool was an added bonus. Definitely will stay there again!

My friends and I had a great stay at Jennifer’s AirBnb for my best friends bachelorette weekend! The house has great amenities in a great neighborhood and close to stores, food, and downtown Charleston. Jennifer for was very responsive and friendly! Cannot recommend enough!

Absolute loved this place and the host! Courtney was so nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The area was so nice. Close to Walmart, beautiful garden, playground and pool. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Courtney! Highly recommended and definitely will be back!

Perfect stay in Columbia! The space had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable and in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. It was the perfect stay for us and our pups while we were in town for work. Conveniently located. Jesse was a wonderful host and we hope to return for more work and will definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! Awesome place, with so much character. Stayed here with my wife and kids and we had a blast. Fire pit in the backyard with smores was a HIT! Hosts were so helpful and made it an awesome stay!

We were traveling long distance with a small dog and wanted to give him a nice place to run around after the long car ride. This place was perfect and the owners are obviously animal lovers as evidenced by treats and food for animals in the kitchen and a very nice fenced area with a doggy care section stocked with bags and a disposal container along with pick up tools. The setting is so peaceful and rustic and it provided us with a very restful night’s sleep so we were able to tackle another long day of driving. The host, Lorraine, was wonderful to deal with very responsive. If we travel through this area again we will surely book this property again.

Had a great stay!!! The neighborhood isn’t the best, but is far from the worst! Never felt unsafe and was perfectly cozy inside. Close to everything!

We absolutely loved staying at Mike’s place! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything we wanted to do. The spacious yard was such a bonus, especially for enjoying morning coffee or letting the dogs run around. Mike was also a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we felt right at home. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for their next getaway!

We enjoyed our night stay here and would definitely stay again! On a quiet street, no noise heard while inside and hardly any while outside. Very spacious fenced yard for my dogs to run after being in the car all day. The little touches of items in the fridge and snacks were great as well! Thank you!!!

We stayed at Pear Tree on our journey from Ohio back to Florida after the funeral of my 22 year old nephew. The home was beautiful and full of charm. It's huge! The lodging accommodations far exceeded any hotel offering at double the price! Our Mini Sheepadoodle Muppet Max enjoyed the property immensely. My teen daughter didn't want to leave. We will be back on our next journey back to Ohio! Thank you for sharing your historic home!
