Homey, older place that has had some renovations, could still use a few little things (ie shower head loose/falling off, loose door handle) but generally great for a family. Clean and nice without being so pristine to worry about every move the kids might make. Hot tub a big hit, the yard was also great big enough for some frisbee and sunbathing

Beautifully outfitted! Loved the sunroom and hot tub amenities. Ample grocery stores in both directions. Quiet neighborhood. WiFi could be amped up so “working from home” would be a challenge. There were 4 adults in our party, each with cell phones and tablets and we were lucky if 3 could connect to WiFi at the same time. Minus that inconvenience,, I would stay there again and highly recommend.

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for sharing your little slice of private paradise.This cabin was really clean and well stocked. It was an absolute pleasure to spend our 16th anniversary here. The kayaking was a highlight for us, we enjoyed exploring the calm waters, and seeing all the nearby animals. Our dogs were so happy to run around the property. The hot tub was a definite recharge during our relaxation session, surrounded by nature's serenity. We're grateful for the laughter, stories, and memories we created and definitely would love to return someday.

Was an exciting time with my family for Spring Break. Everything was great. A great location and the place was spotless when we arrived. Highly recommend and perfect for a family of 5 too.

Hal was welcoming and kind from the moment we met him. He opened his downstairs villa to us and it was filled with all amenities needed for your home away from home. We were able to bring our two chihuahuas and the large backyard and shoreline were greatly enjoyed by all. This villa is filled with unique craftsmanship and truly a great place hidden away in a quiet neighborhood not far from Navarre Beach. The villa was fully stocked with beach towels, the kitchen had ceramic and plastic dish ware (we traveled with kids) which we appreciated and the kitchen window faced the bay. All in all-we went to get away but we also found a new friend. Hal-thank you again!

Beautiful townhome close to downtown perfect for a little weekend get away. The house has super comfy beds, great showers, and the hot tub was amazing

Ми орендували цей будинок для відпустки, 2 сімʼї з 2 маленькими дітками і це був вдалий вибір. Нам було достатньо місця та головне що діткам було цікаво в цьому будинку. Ми плавали в басейні, грали в настільні ігри, PAC-MAN особливо привертав увагу дітей😄 Також було дуже приємно проводити вечори у вогнища та смажити маршмелоу. В будинку є все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також багато речей для пляжу. Особливо приємним було спілкування з господарями. Вони порекомендували нам місця для відпочинку, а також дуже швидко допомогли вирішити нашу невеличку проблему. Окремо хочу сказати про джакузі, нам дуже сподобався цей досвід. Тепер вже навіть і не хочеться орендувати будинок, якщо його там немає😊

The house was perfect for our family! The pool/hot tub were great to have after a long day at the beach! The house was fully stocked and Elizabeth was quick to respond to our questions! We highly recommend the area as well as it is very peaceful, but only a 10 minute drive to the beach! Would defeat like to visit peaceful pines again someday!

We absolutely loved staying here! The kids were on the pier every chance they had. The water is beautiful. They loved using the kayaks. The house was beautiful and perfect for the 7 of us. It was so peaceful and quiet! Also nice and close to all of the things we wanted to do while in the area. Would highly recommend!
