Juan Carlos is a great host, very helpful and responsive. it was very easy to access the apartment. everything matched the pictures and plenty of the necessary materials- towels, bedding/ pillows, toiletries, kitchen accessories. highly recommend for your next stay in Poblado!!

Stayed at a few of Allen’s places. Always a great experience. This one was particularly beautiful. Amazing view. Always responsive. Building Security the best. Hot water reliable, Enoch is always iffy in Colombia. My new go to for return trips.

This place is 100% as advertised. Excellent views, great restaurants and shopping in walking distance, and generally pretty easy to get a ride share outside of rush hour. Short ride to Provenza/Lleras/Poblado/Manila. These areas are potentially walkable, if you are comfortable with Colombian sidewalks. (I…am…not.) Rappi is an excellent and loyal friend to have. Be aware there there is no working pool, turbo, or jacuzzi, but the rooftop space is peaceful and provides excellent views of the valley. Any issues experienced were minor and for the most part addressed. The shower is a bit tricky and most often will provide you the hot water you need with a little finagling. WiFi is pretty fast and generally stable, although it does need an occasional reboot. There’s also one particular yellow-bellied bird neighbor who likes to pop in regularly for morning coffee or afternoon tea on the balcony (whichever one you happen to be on). I stayed a couple of months and would stay here again.

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

Foi uma experiência fantástica! O apartamento em si é uma verdadeira obra de arte, com vários detalhes únicos que tornam a estadia muito, mas muito especial mesmo! Fiquei duas semanas e não senti falta de nada. O espaço em si é bastante aconchegante, e poder trabalhar em home office em meio a tanta natureza, com passarinhos chegando perto o tempo todo, foi algo incrível. Sem contar que estar em um bairro com fácil acesso a vários lugares de Medellín é algo bastante positivo para aproveitar tudo que a cidade tem a oferecer. Sem dúvida alguma, recomendo demais!

Incredible location surrounded by restaurants and nightlife, and LESS than a minute walk from Park Poblado! Music can play till the sunrise from the surrounding bars, but it didn't disturb us since we wanted to be in a lively location! Sparkling clean and elegant feel. The apartment smelled like a luxury hotel; the bathroom amenities provided were very high quality; plenty of dishes, mugs, coffee, utensils, and cookware; and a free washer/dryer and laundry detergent! Very safe and secure with a keypad at the front gate of the building and another keypad to enter the apartment. We were also pleasantly surprised to find 2 full bathrooms (we thought it was only 1!). The only downside is I find it a little pricy for Colombia, especially with no pool/gym, etc. But I think the price is justified by the location. Luckily I was with 2 other people to split the cost 3 ways! Checkin/checkout times were not flexible, but thankfully we could leave our luggage inside while they were cleaning!

Tuvimos una estadía agradable, un lugar central y tranquilo, Sebas siempre estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades, el apto cumplía con todo lo ofrecido y es bastante amplio.

Nos gustó mucho la estadía, la casa es amplia, esta muy bien equipada y todo está muy ordenado y limpio. Paula siempre muy atenta a lo que ocupaba os. Volveríamos a hospedarnos sin dudarlo.

Alejandro greeted me upon my arrival, showed me around the apartment, and gave me clear instructions. He was polite and friendly. The apartment smelled great upon arrival and was well-cleaned. The photos are accurate and overall a great value for your buck, keeping in mind that can accommodate several people. Alejandro was very responsive at all my questions and also, was flexible at my departure. The location is probably the only downside in the sense that is far from the closest metro station. It has everything you need for daily living.

Great spot. Great neighborhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nelson arranged transportation to and from the airport with a friendly driver so you don’t have to deal with the cab drivers trying to rip you off. He met us at the door and gave us the lay of the land. Where to eat, where to shop, where to go, and where to not go. I will definitely be back and plan on staying here when I do.

Lugar con una espacio muy bien organizado, fui con mi amiga y cada una teníamos nuestro baño lo que nos pareció super, muy céntrico por lo que íbamos caminando a los restaurantes y lugares como Provenza, cerca del tren por lo que también nos movilizamos sin problemas, lugar limpio, no tengo ninguna observación, muy recomendable

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos, la casa no estaba del todo aseada, habia mucho polvo en general. No se brindan toallas ni implementos de aseo aunque en la publicación dice que si se encontrarán. La ubicación y zonas comunes es genial, mucho que hacer durante la estadía, cerca al supermercado, parque principal, cajeros, lo cual facilita que puedas comprar lo que requieras para tu estadia.

Es tal cual las fotos, muy cerca a todo. La unidad es maravillosa, piscinas muy grandes y espacios agradables

Nos gusto mucho la finca. Alejandro y Doris fueron excelentes hosts, estuvieron muy atentos en todo. El único inconveniente fue que la cocina es un poco pequeña.
