Lovely apartment, located about 5 minutes from the train station, so easy to find. I had. to message the host about a query we had and I got a promp reply. Would definitely recommend this apartment if staying in Florence. Exceptionally clean and has good facilities.

I would like to say a big thank you to Alice and congratulations because you have such a great house , everything in there was spotless , everything was arranged perfectly and tidy , I would say is the nicest airbnb that I've been to . the host is very responsive and happy to help , we could leave our belongings earlier and it was very convenient for us , around the house there are shops , carrefour , good restaurants to dine in , the center is pretty much close too , just a nice walk by the river and you're sorted :) there are 2 bus stations next to the house as well . it's a 10+ this location and once again Alice , thank you very much for your kindness and I we wish you best of luck ! strongly recommend this airbnb to everyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay in Florence !

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

This Florence Airbnb was perfect—beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location near everything. The outdoor space with a view of the Duomo was the perfect place to relax after a long day of site seeing. The host gave great recommendations and made us feel completely at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

Maurizio's place was an excellent choice for our month in Florence. The house is in the center, yet it's tucked away from the noise of the nightlife and the sounds of rolling suitcases. It's a very comfortable, spacious home with all the amenities and a tranquil little garden - it has a natural vacation feel. Maurizio went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay and even took us on a tour of Florence and the neighboring area, which we greatly enjoyed.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is very well presented, beautifully located in the Rural Tuscan landscape amongst nature yet only a short commute to Florence. Facilities are ideal. AC, One double bedroom with en-suite a second large bedroom, bathroom, lounge, dining area and kitchen. Outdoor dining area. We love our coffee and the kitchen came equipped with a wonderful coffee machine that uses tea-bag like pods (few supplied) that makes extraordinary espresso. ❤️ Outside the terrace has wonderful views over a Tuscan valley. The pool is ideal and salt water which we love. Perfect for outdoor living too. To get to Florence is a breeze. Driving just 10 minutes to Lastra a Signa train station (loads of free parking); then a couple of Euros and two stops on the train later you emerge in the heart of Florence, a short walk away from the city attractions. Wunderschön gelegen mitten in der Toskana und nicht weit von Florenz. Schönes altes Landhaus. Wunderbare Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartamento al di sopra delle aspettative! Ampio, pulito, non manca niente. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo! Buono per la posizione (non vicino al centro, ma vicino a bus e tranvia), siamo stati ben accolti e seguiti per tutte le necessità. Ci sarebbe piaciuto restare di più, consigliato!

Nicollo was very responsive and the house was exactly the same as described. The heating could have been better though. But everything was really worth it. Supermarkets and tram station is really close to the place making it convenient to roam around.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mitten in der Natur! Die Unterkunft in der Toskana war wunderbar ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Olivenhainen und sanften Hügeln – ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders genossen haben wir die Aussicht, die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur. Die Gastgeberin war herzlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Ein echtes Toskana-Erlebnis – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Thank you to Lorenzo and Luca for their warm welcome and availability. Communication was smooth and very pleasant. A good place to stay for easily visiting Florence. Many restaurant options nearby, and about a ten-minute walk to the city center.

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Overall the place was amazing, good location, and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Siddik was very nice and respectful. The place was clean and the rooms were large, and the beds were VERY comfy. I would come back here in a heartbeat when visiting Florence again. The only thing was there were a lot of stairs to get to the top floor. So, if you have large or a lot of luggage, I hope you have some strength to get it up there.

Les 2 gros points forts de ce logement : l'emplacement car la ligne de bus et le tram pour le centre de Florence sont dans la rue, et le calme. Vraiment idéal pour laisser la voiture dans le parking privé et découvrir Florence. L'arrivée était très facile car Daniela a vraiment laissé les informations d'entrée pour le parking et l'appartement. Le logement correspond aux photos, il est propre et la terrasse est un bonus pour être bien au calme !! Merci Daniela

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Antonio was the perfect host with his amazing condo along the river in Florence. Everything was as described. The views from the patio are to die for as you look across the river into the hillside, and you can see the Piazzele Michelangelo! The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance and there are some great restaurants near by. He also provided Ana amazing list of recommendations for food, gelato, sites, and more. 10/10, would highly recommend and would stay here again if we ever come back to this beautiful city!

Our stay at Alessandra's apartment was great! very comfortable and bright apartment with a refreshing terrace, had everything we needed for our stay in Florence. The location was perfect for exploring the city while also being a quiet retreat for the end of the day.
