We had a fabulous stay in Lorenzo’s apartment. The patio was amazing! We are truely grateful.

Such an amazing stay in Florence! Everything was perfect. The host really friendly and quick in communication. He suggested us many amazing local options for food and drinks. The area of the apartment is probably the best in Florence with many local osterias really nearby. The apartment is beautiful and really clean. Smart decoration and organization inside. Would really recommend 🤍

Nos gustó mucho, es un lugar muy agradable. Lejos de la multitud. Fácil de llegar en auto. Marco es un excelente anfitrión, nos regaló una botella de vino en nuestra estancia, nos dio instrucciones de qué hacer en el centro de Florencia así como su recomendación personal sobre lugares para comer! Fue siempre muy amable y respondía muy rápido. Lo recomendamos ampliamente

It is a pleasure for me to write this review, we had a wonderful time at Francesco’s place, his parents checked us in and made sure we understood everything about the apartment and the surrounding area. They were so welcoming and warm and genuine people. The apartment itself was beautful and well stocked with everything you need. Location was also perfect with easy access to all major attractions. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back Florence if we can. thank you Francesco!

We had a great stay at Lapo's place! It was perfect for our family (1 adult and 2 kids). The location is extremely convenient - a 12 minute walk to the train station and less than 15 minutes walking to all the major sights. The local area around the flat is lovely too. The washer and dryer were a plus. There were a lot of stairs, but we knew that when we booked and it wasn't a problem for us. The flat itself was charming and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

I can say Riccarda’s apartment is just perfect if you want to stay in the old city of Florence. It is so close to the train station which is just 5 mins walk . It is also very close to the central plaza which is 10 mins walk. The apartment itself is very cozy and comfortable. It has everything we need. The water pressure of the shower is awesome. It is very clean and new. Annamaria who is responsible for welcoming us is just amazing. She gave us clear instructions about the apartment. She helped us to book a taxi when we left. She even accompanied us for waiting for the taxi. We cannot use word to describe how we feel. Definitely stay again if we are back in Florence.

Widad is very friendly and helpful. She responds quickly to messages and answers any questions thoroughly. The apartment is exactly as described, very clean, and well located. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I‘d definitely recommend staying in her Apartment.

This loft was in a great location. The Duomo was a few minute walk away. Check in was very easy and she gives recommendations upon check in. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! We would stay here again! ❤️🇮🇹

superbe séjour dans le loft de Daniela. appartement impeccable, avec une qualité de prestation excellente. la literie est de qualité, la cuisine parfaitement équipée et le feu de cheminée un vrai plus. Le tout dans un environnement calme. je reviendrai avec plaisir, avec ma petite famille, car le loft peut acceuillir plusieurs personnes sans problème. Merci encore.

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und haben unseren Kurzurlaub genutzt, um Florenz und dessen kulturelle Angebote zu erkunden. Die Wohnung hatte dafür die perfekte Lage inmitten der Stadt, sodass wir zu Fuß überall hingelangen konnten. Auch die Abende konnten wir in der Wohnung sehr gut genießen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub mit einer schönen Unterkunft.

Beautiful place right in the heart of Florence. Very clean, comfortable, and updated apartment that is beautiful and a perfect location.

Maurizio and his son Riccardo were very responsive and super easy to communicate with. The location can’t be beat! The parking spot was important for us and super helpful that Maurizio and his son were able to help with moving the car for us. The last night we left it at the parking garage right down the street, for 35 euros. Thank you Maurizio!!

Everything was great. If there was an issue or suggestion it was immediately acted on. Nothing is far away and having the train station nearby was so convenient. Also great to have grocery store right by and a great coffee shop/book store (Todo Modo) down the street and the river so close with an excellent gelateria just across the bridge. Water was hot and washer and dryer a real plus. Having the host, Francesca, meet us at the train station to help with our luggage was extraordinarily kind.

I highly recommend this apartment! I stayed here long-term, and it truly felt like home. The apartment is fully equipped, well-organized, and has a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. It looked exactly like the photos — clean, thoughtfully furnished, and well maintained. The neighborhood is ideal for both tourists and residents. Everything you need is within walking distance, and while it’s centrally located, the street itself is quiet with little foot traffic — peaceful yet connected. Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. He handled everything promptly and made sure I had everything I needed. I’m truly grateful to Lorenzo for offering such a wonderful place.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Fantastic location near all the shops and restaurants etc. Also handy for the train station only 10 mins walk from apartment. Beautiful big windows and shutters that you can open to let in the atmosphere of Florence streets. Hot showers and comfy beds with everything you could need. Siddik was always very quick responding to any questions and super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Florence and this apartment will now be our go to for when we return ... And we certainly will! Highly recommended place! Thank you so much Siddik ☺️

This is a very special place to stay! Silvia & Carla have take great care and devotion in renovating what was their father's restoration studio into an apartment that has everything you may need, whilst sleeping under incredibly painted ceilings ! The place has an outside terrace, which is perfect for an afternoon aperitivo, if you are so inclined. This is a wonderful place, the hosts are charming and friendly, so book it if you can, you will not be disappointed.
