Air conditioning, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry and ALLO fiber internet if the stay runs longer. Private fenced backyard and a private entrance rather than a shared corridor. Coffee, groceries and restaurants are a short drive. One bedroom with a king bed, and air mattresses are available for up to four guests. The other half of the duplex is also ours.

Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!

You will enjoy a fragrance free home, so clean air inside and outside! Birdsong is the sound heard most often here. The sun hits our front porch in the morning, the best place to sip your coffee and enjoy the Cerbat Mountains at your feet. Our two acres offer a sampling of native plants and wildlife, and occasionally open range cattle wander by. The sunsets are amazing and on rare cloudy days we enjoy the lights in the valley.
