Beautiful vibe inside and out. Great location, comfortable respite at the end of a long day of touring. The Arboretum was a highlight!

Jennifer & Robin's place was completely delightful. It was cozy and comfortable and absolutely perfect for a nature getaway. It feels very private, the view of the surrounding woods and mountains was gorgeous, it was so peacefully quiet and yet only a few minutes from the little community of shops & cafes. They provided everything that was expected but were also so generous and thoughtful in providing so many extras! The little things that make a visit easier and more special - different types of tea, lots of warm blankets, kitchen supplies, moisturizer - all small touches that make a big difference.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Jon! Er war sehr zuvorkommend, was den gesamten Aufenthalt super angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war bestens ausgestattet und bot alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto Santa Barbara und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Absolut empfehlenswert.

The studio was so cozy and so thoughtfully put together. I was really happy with how roomy it was since my partner and I were traveling with our dog. After exploring all day, we were always excited to head back to the studio to relax. The outdoor area also has a little table with barstools which we loved sitting at for breakfast. This is also so close to downtown Carpinteria and the beach. I highly recommend this spot!!

This was our 4th stay at Meagan's, and it never fails to impress. The space is perfect for a Central Coast getaway. It remains charming, quiet, comfortable and safe. With being centered in between Los Olivos and Solvang, there's so much to do. There's excellent food at every turn, and spectacular vineyards. The recommendations from Meagan are wonderful. During our stay we enjoyed some live music at both the Carhartt Cabin and a quaint spot in Solvang called The Good Life that featured a great solo acoustic set. There are amazing vineyards at every turn, and some literally within walking distance to the Ballard Suite Spot. I can't say enough about Meagan's property. She thinks of everything for her guests in an effort to make an unforgettable vacation. We're already planning out next visit. The Ballard Suite Spot is a must!

This was a great stay for 1-2 people. The location was super close to downtown Thousand Oaks where you can find all the restaurants and stores you need, the place was super cozy and clean and they even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine (unfortunately we aren’t wine drinkers lol). Highly recommend their place!

Courtney’s place was perfect for us and our little pup loved the backyard. It’s a tiny spot, but we were out exploring Santa Barbara (which is an easy 20 min drive away) all day so it was totally fine. Clean, a surprising amount of amenities in a small space. I’m sensitive to road noise but found this to be a quiet neighborhood despite being close-ish to the road and slept great. We enjoyed coffee in the sunshine under the orange tree while our dog sunbathed in the backyard. Santa Claus beach is a 3 min drive away and allows dogs. All in all, perfect for what we needed.

Very easy to access the room/ get inside. We appreciated having a dedicated parking spot. Great stay.

This was a beautiful rental, very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We came here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and it was just what we needed to celebrate and relax. If you want to get away and enjoy some peacefulness this is the spot or go to.

Great location and nice clean and quiet space! We were in town for UCSB alumni weekend but didn’t want to be in Isla Vista. Nice location on a pretty calm street and super close to the zoo. We really loved the mattress! We’ve stayed at some Airbnbs with some uncomfortable mattresses, but this one was firm and fantastic! The home has a lot of natural light if you open the drapes, so that was nice!

This is a great place to stay! Easy to locate, very clean, comfortable bed. It was everything I needed to feel at home for a week. No complaints, I enjoyed my stay.

Had a wonderful stay here! Short walk to the 1,000 Steps Beach where you can go for a peaceful walk along the water. Felt very private and cozy. The bicycles for guest use were also awesome (helmets provided as well!)! Parking on the street right out from was also always available. Seamless check in, comfortable, clean, quiet, convenient!

Truly perfect place to stay in Santa Barbara. The rental was clean, private, quiet and in a great location. Loved the natural light and Jeff’s place had everything you could need without being overdone. Bed was super comfortable and there was an overall awesome attention to detail and quality throughout the apartment. I would one hundred percent book again and recommend to couples and singles.

I loved staying in Santa Paula! It's a quiet lovely neighborhood that's centrally located for all kinds of fun exploration. I was in town visiting people while working remotely and it was perfect! The apartment was clean, private, and JK was communicative about the pool use, prioritizing guest privacy / use over his own leisurely use. The garden was beautiful and the yard looks out into the valley. For anyone who loves to cook, the kitchen is big, clean, bright and airy. Shower head pressure was good, water quick to get hot, bathroom was clean. And the way some reviews gave me soft bed anxiety - it was averagely soft, nothing out of the ordinary and I had great sleep in it. Most stores / restaurants were 5-10 mins away by car. Super convenient. I will most definitely be back! <3

Great little 2 bedroom for a long weekend stay. Nice outside private patio area, even though it was a bit chilly to sit outside during the evening. Clean space and comfortable beds. The only negative comment would be the shower is VERY small. I'm average height and weight and it was a very tight space and kept banging my elbows on the walls. Other than that, loved the space and had off street parking too.

Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Quick walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. I was in town on a work trip, so it was nice to head out in the evening for a run or a stroll. Host super responsive.

Gretchen & Tom’s was a sweet stay. Fresh flowers in the room and the surrounding yard/plants/nature were lovely. Very clean, nice linens, cute functional kitchenette area. The fresh daily scones were delicious!! And when I ran out of decaf they were on top of bringing more and very kind about it. The soaking tub was gorgeous and relaxing. My feet were quite cold on the floor in April even with the heat, but I just put some towels down and all was well. Parking is a bit tricky and under a very giving tree, but street was calm and safe. There was loud construction next door and something similarly loud going on behind the house for all of my few nights stay 8a-5p. I had appointments much of the day so that worked out but when I stopped home it was loud, and it was loud enough to get me out early on check out day. Not the host’s fault but it did have an impact on my recent stay. Overall Gretchen & Tom were lovely humans when we did interact! Attentive to my stay while respecting privacy.

great stay didnt think is was so high up but worth the travel and experiense i had with my family very wonderful views coming down the canyons and up the canyons . the home was jst amzing my family enjoy this home. the backyard was very relaxed soo peaceful .. clean home. chris was very helpful with everything we need at the place thank you so much.. beach at jst 9 minutes away and stores to 12 mintues away. it is the mountains so remind your self lots of curves be careful with the drive. drive safe. other then that very good good stay. beautiful views if you love nature and hikes is the best. thank you for this experiense and wonderful get away!!

It worked very well for our week of hiking in the local area. Close to trailheads, Mission, and museums. Easy drive to the beach area.

Such a fabulous stay in SB! Can’t beat the close proximity to the beach, Funk Zone, and yummy restaurants. We so appreciated the charming place, beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen, and the quiet neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back.
