I was in Pietrasanta for 6 weeks to sculpt marble. Stefania's is in walking distance to the train station, great restaurants, grocery stores and walking trails. The place is quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend staying there.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Ce logement avec vue imprenable calme et loin de l'agitation touristique. Coucher de soleil spectaculaire et un acceuil de Lola formidable et de très bon conseil pour le restaurant Pen Bon qui est Excellent ! la place de parking est appréciable avec l'autorisation de stationner comme résident. Merci encore on reviendra on l'espère !

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

Vielen Dank liebe Sara , dass du uns deine Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt hast. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine phantastische Lage mit direktem Strandzugang . Die Deckenhöhe ist in der Dusche und in den Schlafzimmern etwas niedrig, jedoch sind wir beide auch recht groß. Wir konnten uns damit sehr gut arrangieren und für uns war das auch kein Problem. Wir alle (inklusive Kinder 5 u 10 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung 100% weiter. Sara ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, vielen Dank dafür!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es ist einfach großartig nach einem wundervollen Tag in Lucca in den heißen Whirlpool zu steigen. Die Terrasse ist unschlagbar. Es ist alles so gemütlich und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich super wohl. Mit Emily funktioniert die Kommunikation super gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt bzw. an der Stadtmauer, um mit dem Hund zu laufen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

L'appartement de Fabio est formidable. Il dispose de deux très belles chambres avec chacun leur salle de bain(avec des leds très sympas). La salle est superbe avec une belle décoration et les petits balcons très agréables. Il y a un garage très pratique pour stationner son véhicule. Le logement est situé à proximité des grands axes pour rejoindre facilement le Cinque Terre, Pise... et se trouve à deux pas du bord de mer. Bref, cette location est parfaite et la communication avec Fabio est facile et efficace. Il a été très gentil pour nous accueillir et flexible. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés.

Nous remercions vivement Giulia pour son accueil et sa sympathie. Elle nous a recommandé des lieux à voir et nous a donné des explications claires sur le chemin d'accès pour se rendre à la gare de la Spezia Miglianira. Son logement nous a beaucoup plu car il est très spacieux avec une suite parentale et 2 salles de bain/wc. Il est très bien équipé, propre et sa grande terrasse nous a permis de profiter des beaux jours. Le voisinage est calme. Aucun problème de stationnement et pouvoir se rendre à la gare à pied est un véritable atout. Notre séjour de 2 nuits pour visiter les Cinque Terre a été une réussite.

Appartamento estremamente organizzato, nuovo e ben arredato. Perfetto x due coppie. Vicinissimo al centro e ben servito, con la disponibilità di un posto auto nel garage chiuso (che noi abbiamo utilizzato per le moto) ma anche di un grande parcheggio auto poco distante. La zona è molto comoda al mare ed in un'area non troppo trafficata. Federica è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo certamente!.

Host molto gentile e professionale. Appartamento pulito e spazioso. Comodo per 4/5 persone. Posizione tranquilla, comodi anche gli spostamenti per raggiungere il centro ovviamente considerando il periodo dell’anno.

Tutto ottimo, posizione perfetta per parcheggiare e fare passeggiate in paese e nei dintorni. Le istruzioni per accedere alla casa erano molto chiare, e Mariacristina è stata sempre molto disponibile. Grazie mille per l'ospitalità!
