Kirk as very helpful leading up to our stay with notes and messages. The condo was exactly as described in the photos. The floors were spotless, super clean throughout the unit. I loved the personal touch of artwork photos from the area. It was spacious for two, would recommend it for a trip to Caye Caulker :)

We loved our stay at Tres Coco’s resort! The condo was very spacious and comfortable (with AC units in all rooms) and we loved hanging out on the balcony enjoying the view and the breeze. The pool was beautiful and having the Dog House restaurant on site plus cafes and restaurants next door, allowed us to chill near the resort. Snorkeling was super easy from Elite Adventures next door. We walked to and from town, however, it is a half mile along a busy street. Front desk can help you with golf cart rentals if you prefer. We Loved the assistance with ferry pick up, drop off, stocked fridge and daily activities! Thanks for a great vacation!

Beautiful condo about a 20 minute golf cart ride from town.. It is a perfect place for a group of 6 who wants to be a little removed from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro. Ester was very helpful and communicative. She helped us arrange many details of our trip and made it one to remember!

The location north of the bridge kept us away from the busier climate of San Pedro, but close enough to get there quickly for groceries, dining and ferry service. The on-site restaurant and bar provided a great meal and entertainment on our first night as weary travelers, and other times as well. Bartenders and waitstaff were friendly and fun. Front office staff James and all were always helpful, giving us tips on activities when we were unable to dive due to wind conditions. This two bedroom/two bath unit was great for us, two couples.

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The apartment had a lot of character, with artistic touches that made it feel cozy and unique. The bed was comfortable, and the space was generally well-equipped for my needs. The staff were very friendly and provided helpful local recommendations. The rooftop was a cool place to hang out and watch the sunrise. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. The door was a bit tricky to lock, which took some getting used to. Additionally, while the space was mostly clean, it could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning before our arrival. Despite these small concerns, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the condos’ chill vibe and sense of community.

We were ecstatic to find this apartment, at this price, in San Pedro. We stayed for a month and were reasonably happy here. Based on the price point, expect that sometimes things go wrong- there may be leaks in the ceiling or windows, the upstairs neighbors are very loud (it’s several stacked metal boxes,) and the kitchen is challenging to make meals in. That being said, in comparison to other buildings in the neighborhood- the Box House Condos are a dream. They’re new, they’re clean, and management is very responsive. The towels are very plush, the mattresses are dreamy, and the hot water is some of the best we’ve experienced in Latin America. If you’re a budget traveler, this is absolutely a fantastic space. If you’re here for your Honeymoon, or need Americanized perfection, a resort would be a better choice for you. We would absolutely come back again.

We loved our stay at Twisted Palms. The staff were super friendly and helped set us up with a golf cart and flights back to the mainland at the end of our stay. The apartment was cleaned to a T and had regular servicing to keep everything spotless. The bed was so comfortable, and since the place is across the bridge, out of the hustle-and-bustle of downtown San Pedro, we enjoyed quiet evenings. However, it was only a 10-minute ride into town, and 25 minutes to Secret Beach, so it was easy to get around to key sites. Some pro tips to staying here: If you like to fish, my husband was catching bonefish on flies just up the beach from Twisted Palms, and some other folks were catching snappers and dinner fish off a dock next door. You get a discount for snorkel/dive/fishing trips with Elite Adventures, docked in front of Twisted Palms, as they're owned by the same folks – and the team and trips there are GREAT. And, hit up Rice and Beans Deli, Truck Stop, and 303 for good, nearby food.

Cannot recommend staying at the Tres Cocos resort enough. The rooms were even better than the photos. Everything was very clean and well equipped. The check-in process was very easy and they made us feel right at home. The staff was fantastic and we’d like to give a special shout out to the bartender David, who was wonderful to spend time with. We loved the location on the slightly quiet north side of town having more space and solitude but easy access to downtown if we needed it. We will certainly be back.

we had a really great stay for 3 nights with our 2 young kids. the location is great, easy to walk to anything you need. Stuart helped arrange a golf cart taxi to and from the water taxi, and Danny greeted us and was really helpful. there was a pack and play for us, the unit was really clean, comfortable, and in great working order. great spot if you're traveling with kids and want an extra bedroom and space to lounge and eat in.

Steffi is such a nice person, she was there when we checked in and often at the property to check if all is good and her communication is perfect, only a message away. The condo was well appointed with Anything you need, it is private and peaceful and walking distance from the bustling town. Highly recommended!

My partner and I were very happy with our stay here. We felt it was an excellent deal for the price. Off the main road but close to town whether walking or with a cart. Grounds were well kept, pool was clean and bar was convenient if you wanted a quiet drink. The staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions or deal with any small things that came up. Great place to stay for an extended (3 or more weeks) stay in San Pedro. We fully intend to come back for our next trip.

My stay @ Caribe Island was excellent! The host was very responsive & they were even able to accommodate early check in, which was very much appreciated. The unit itself is a bit dated, but everything was clean & tidy. The unit was a ground floor unit which I enjoyed, and while it is located at the back of the complex (no ocean views), I found it be be convenient (close to one of the 2 areas for parking) & quiet. It’s definitely recommended to have a cart as there is only 1-2 bars within walking distance, but plenty within a 5-10 min cart ride. There is also a nice little corner store within walking distance for drinks and snacks. Overall I enjoyed the stay & would definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Stuart’s property. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the Split! Stuart, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Stuart was an outstanding host, always responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even providing helpful local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The peaceful ambiance of the home and its charming decor truly made it feel like a getaway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Stuart, whether for a short vacation or an extended stay. I would absolutely book again!

Expectations were exceeded. This location cannot be beat. we will definitely be booking again. The rooftop hot tub was gorgeous/relaxing and so was the balcony. Thank you for a wonderful vacation getaway.

Recommend. Would stay again. This condo is clean, bright and uncluttered. Fantastic 2nd floor view right from the Living room couch (which is real comfortable too). The 3 A/C units keep it cool and the condo is quiet (no barking dogs!) Hot water works great. Like other reviewers recommend - shower handle parallel to floor for best flow. We found keeping a very small stream of hot water flowing at the bathroom sink keeps the electric heater “on demand” for constant hot water while showering. The drinking water dispenser is also really convenient. Thanks Faith, Tammy and staff - you were all very helpful - it was a great place!

great place to stay, my favorite of the three spots I stayed in during my trip to Belize. the beachfront space is an absolute game changer, enjoy a cool breeze during the hotter days. Or cool off in the pool. the space itself was incredibly clean with a fully equipped kitchen as well as grills. the perfect distance from town.

This beachfront condo was perfectly as described with amazing views. The condo staff is super friendly, responsive and helpful. A small area of restaurants is just five minutes away by cart for breakfast, smoothies, lobster, shrimp, fish dinners, etc. we experience great seaside view that kept the terrace cool all day where we spent hours just listening to the water and working. The condo has plenty of extra linens and towels, including beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked, including a coffee pot while the pantry had a few salt, pepper, seasoning basics. Blender too. Some of the popular San Pedro restaurants in town were about 20 minutes away by cart but totally worth it and the ride is always a fun daily excursion. Secret beach is about 20 minutes away. We come here frequently and this was probably the best proximity location to all of our favorite spots. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. It was in southern San Pedro so away from the craziness & noisiness of downtown. The unit was very clean, good quality kitchen amenities, the bed was very comfortable, and we felt safe & secure. There is a pool to enjoy, parking if you rent a golf cart, and short walking distance to supermarkets. Yunior, the manager, was very responsive and helpful. We dived with Belize Pro Dive, which was a 5 minute walk away, and a great dive company!!!!

Second time staying here and enjoyed it just as much as the first time! The place was clean and the WiFi was fast. Super responsive host and great location!

Best part about staying here was the customer service. The front desk attendants were incredibly proactive in communicating, either in person or through text. They were cheerful, kind, and able to answer any question we had. Solid location, just north of the bridge, which is great as you leave the commotion of San Pedro a bit behind you, but it’s still close enough to get anywhere you need to go. Definitely need a golf cart to get around, which they can help you arrange. Would stay here again.

The people who checked us in/out and the groundskeeper were all so helpful, kind, and responsive. The space was great for two couples. Short golf cart ride to town or nice walks on the beach to restaurants close by. Nice pool and grounds kept meticulous. Recommend!

It was hands-down fantastic! We fell in love with Belize, and would return and stay with Barbara again. I have a one year old and a five year old and they were constantly entertained by the pool and in the hammocks. The living space was huge and had everything we needed to feel right at home.

Lots of space for our family of 5. Great pool. We like the location being between secret beach and the San Pedro town. Love the air conditioning. Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient, we had to buy detergent at the store but not a big deal. For first time in San Pedro I would definitely recommend. Staff are so helpful and the absolute best!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location in Caye Caulker. The proximity to the water taxi, restaurants, and activities was such a plus. We used and enjoyed all the amenities, loved the views and slept comfortably. Five stars, will definitely stay here again in the future.
