Eduardo has a great little place off the beaten path and out of the touristy zone of Playa. I don't drink or party so being outside of the touristy area was nice. The place is really beautiful and clean and the natural elements of the courtyard are beautiful as is the terrace. The location is a bit of a walk to downtown Playa but very close to some great beaches and every Sunday you can catch the huge street market if you walk 25th Ave down past Calle 60. It has anything and everything you could imagine and better prices than anything on the tourist strip and lots of local food vendors as well.

My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed here and it was perfect! When we walked into the private entrance all 3 kids said “wow!” Our place was surrounded by jungle and a peaceful pool with waterfall. It was a perfect location, as we walked to Xplor park one day and xcaret the next day. Sara even offered and picked us up after a full late day at excaret, so we didn’t have to walk back in dark or get a taxi. Sara owns a cafe that is on the property. We ate delicious breakfast every morning, drinking coffee surrounded by beautiful scenery! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.!

Highly recommend. We stayed for one week, working remotely and then doing activities over the weekend. The space was exactly what we were looking for: internet worked well, multiple spaces to work from, and a small kitchen. Leydi is very responsive and really friendly. We ended up using the bikes she had available, which were great for a local ride. If you want to bike the 40 mile loop, I’d recommend getting hybrid bikes (which is what we did). Overall fantastic and would stay again.

Fantastic casita located in downtown San Miguel. Great local restaurants near by and friendly neighborhood locals.

Raul’s place was perfect! We stayed for a week and were very comfortable and happy. The studio was large and clean and the community was quiet. Everything was great quality. Raul answered all my questions before we came so I knew the kitchen was well stocked with cooking spray, salt/pepper, sugar, creamer, mustard/ketchup packets, honey, paper towels, dish soap, ice cubes trays, a cutting board, mizing bowls, food containers, and drinking water. The beach chairs, cooler bag, umbrella, and snorkel gear was awesome. Raul and his team were welcoming and helpful. It’s at the far north end of the island (which we knew) so you’ll want transportation if you choose not to taxi-which could get pricey. We had a car and bikes, as it's a very bike friendly part of the island-a quick ride and you're downtown. Unfortunately with the north winds the beach had seaweed (which is out of Raul's control) but don't let that ruin your stay. There are plenty of clear beaches and beach clubs minutes away.

El alojamiento está impecable. Alberca limpia, tiene una cocina con todo lo necesario, la habitación siempre limpia y el inmobiliario en general está de 10. Está cerca del Centro y hay formas rápidas de trasladarse desde el alojamiento Volvería sin problema en mis próximas vacaciones!

We spent four nights at this hostel run by Miri and Sabrina and couldn’t recommend it more. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The hosts even organized a posada during our stay. For added convenience, diving excursions and other activities can be booked directly with Miri through Miri Adventures.

We had such a lovely stay at Raul’s place. The instructions were very clear on how to get there and Raul was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. His recommendations were excellent and it was just a 10 minute drive into the town. The bedrooms were great - very spacious and both had their own bathrooms. We took our daughter who is soon to be two with us and she had the most amazing time - the apartment had everything we needed for her as well. Thank you Raul!

Nancy was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and generous with her spectacular home. Our casita had all the little and big extras to make us completely comfortable. We were combining relaxing and working remotely and had excellent wifi speeds and the ability to take a break and swim some laps in her 25 meter pool! Nancy is so generous with her space— it almost felt like we had the whole gorgeous property to ourselves!! And she introduced us to a local Mayan liqueur that we now love — thank you for everything, Nancy!!!!

There isn’t enough words to describe this place, but let me start with paradise. The staff here were amazing. They overdid it with my mom‘s birthday. They had mariachis to start her day and my mom’s face was priceless also had a beautiful cake and the atmosphere was fantastic. I will never forget this day the staff were so great this experience was amazing. I will definitely come back. There is not enough words. I promise we are in heaven. Che is wonderful I can’t thank you enough for all the accommodations and going the extra mile for my parents and I thank you so much for this beautiful stay. I beyond recommend this peace of paradise!

This was the PERFECT place to stay if you are trying to make your trip affordable + enjoy all of what Cozumel has to offer. There are plenty of cabs (one of the neighbors is even a cab driver!). Very comfortable little oasis with a rooftop balcony! Everything is walking distance which was super helpful. Marnee was a great host, and she communicated very quickly anytime I had any questions, and she has tenants on the property (or next door) who you can also communicate with to answer any questions. The neighborhood is safe, and I went on many runs, even at night, and felt safe. I run and bike as my main hobby. There’s a bike onsite, but I was too lazy to air up the front tire 😂 I chose running instead. There’s a grocery store right down the street, and the main “downtown” square area is a 10 min walk. I walked everywhere, and that might not be doable for everyone, but this is probably where I’ll be staying when I come to CZM. The AC works well in the room, and for the price you can’t b
