Muy buen alojamiento! en una zona muy accesible. Cerquita a la 5ta avenida pero sin ruidos. Cerca de negocios y súper. El departamento muy cómodo. limpio y moderno. Pequeño. Muy luminoso.

Wszystko w porządku, czysty apartament, komunikatywni gospodarze. Oxxo w budynku, dwa baseny, blisko do plaży playacar. Chedraui 10 min spacerem.

I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

Lugar tranquilo y muy bien equipado, a unos 10 min del centro en auto. Los anfitriones siempre atentos. Había un bidón de agua listo para utilizar, y podíamos solicitar más si se nos acababa. Nos dieron una cuna para nuestro hijo. Y otro plus es que dispone de lavadora, lo cual es conveniente para poder lavar la ropa que usábamos en la playa. Si buscas tranquilidad luego de un día agitado recorriendo y conociendo cenotes y playas este es el lugar indicado.

Muy cómodo el lugar, el departamento es excelente y se siente como en casa. Fresco y acogedor. 100/100 recomendado

This place was perfect, where to stay with kids. Amazing swimming pool, place where kids may play, and the apartment was great!!! The location was perfect as well, it was just 5mins to mall by car, to the DT around 10mins by car as well. Communication with Berenice was easy, smooth as well. She responded almost immediately. We will definitely visit this place again. Thank you so much

El depto cumple con todo lo necesario para unos días en Playa del Carmen. Súper bien ubicado a 2 cuadras de la quinta avenida cerca del puerto y la terminal de bus..tiene privacidad 24 hs todo super moderno y muy tranquilo. La comunicación con el anfitrión excelente

Lythai’s place was amazing and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Lythai was very responsive and helped answer all of our questions. The condo was more amazing than the pictures show. 10/10 would recommend. The feeling of privacy while still being close to all of the fun was very nice. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay! Olivia’s property is pristine, and was well equipped. Comfortable bedding and linens, so many nice small touches. (Coffee, water and tea provided) The property is located in the gated PlayaCar area of Playa del Carmen. It’s a beautiful area, very walkable with several restaurants and a convenient store across the street. The AWA complex is stunning-such a beautiful pool area. During our stay, we enjoyed some of Olivia’s recommendations such as Osteria de Roma, and Casa Sofia. We also enjoyed the French bakery across the street. (Amazing breakfast and service) During our days not spent at the pool, we enjoyed Mamitas beach club, Kay beach club, and enjoyed our time at Xel-Ha. Overall, one of our family’s most memorable trips! We will be back! (We loved it so much, we are watching properties for sale in AWA)

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Miguel’s - we would definitely stay again! It was very clean and spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Great location, short walk to lots of restaurants bars supermarket etc. just a couple Blocks from 5th ave , but far enough to have quiet nights away from all the excitement. Would definitely recommend!

Excelente estadía! Recomendamos hospedarse sin lugar a duda, departamento amplio y hermoso. Wizard fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Un dato que algunos mencionaron es la construcción lindera, que si bien no es responsabilidad de nuestro anfitrión puede ser un tanto molesto por las mañanas.

El alojamiento cumplió totalmente las expectativas. Súper cómodo, completo. Excelente ubicación. El anfitrión se mostró muy cálido y dispuesto a ayudar cuando fue necesario. Sin dudas volveríamos a elegirlo!

This is a fantastic place if you’re looking for a relaxing, safe and beautiful area near Playa del Carmen!

We were looking for a place were to relax and have enough space for the family and that's exactly what we got. Great attention from Garson and Ericka very quick response and willing to help on any matter. Really enjoyed the grill on the terrace and the gym. The kitche was super equiped which allowed my 95 year old grandpa to cook as a former chef. We were all very happy at Garson's. Thank you!

Nos encantó el lugar y la zona del Airbnb es muy bonita, es un edificio totalmente nuevo, cuenta con alberca y jacuzzi en el ultimo piso que a mi parecer es un plus por las vistas que son increíbles, los atardeceres nos dejaron boquiabiertos. La limpieza es impecable y la comunicación con la Jennifer fue genial, sin dudas me volvería hospedar con Jennifer. Gracias Jennifer por todas tus atenciones y apoyos.

Our stay was fantastic and made even better by our wonderful hosts. The house itself is very cozy, comfortable, and quiet. The backyard is lovely and peaceful, and the pool and grounds are maintained daily. As mentioned, the hosts are great. They were easily reached and responded promptly throughout our stay, and their generosity made this a vacation we will cherish always. We highly recommend choosing their services, and will definitely go through them when, not if, we return to Mexico.

Loved this location. I have been to Cozumel a lot and have stayed all over. My usual spot was not available this time, and so I branched out and so glad I did! Easy access to the dock/pier for easy diving and fishing. Kate gave lots of recommendations to make the vacation absolutely wonderful. The staff at Costa del Sol helped make this a new favorite place of mine.

Nos encantó la casa; limpieza excelente; el diseño de la alberca tipo canal, muy original; el jacuzzi no funciona; pero en general nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, con centro comercial muy cerca y fácil de llegar al complejo habitacional.

Property was comfortable and clean. A/C worked well. I would stay there again!

Maison bien équipée et spacieuse, dans un secteur paisible et sécuritaire, avec bonne connexion Internet et à distance raisonnable de marche pour faire l’épicerie. Je la recommande vivement. L’hôte était réceptif et répondait rapidement à nos messages. Il nous a trouvé 2 parcs de bébé. Les lits étaient confortables. La piscine à 2 niveaux était à proximité et idéale pour nos enfants. Durant notre séjour de 3 sem., nous avons utilisé les services de Maria, la femme de ménage. Elle a fait un excellent travail autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Nous avons utilisé la carte d’accès au Reef Club mais je ne le conseille pas si vous avez de jeunes enfants. Le resort est loin (30 min) et petit, sans attrait pour les enfants. Pour boire ou manger, il faut acheter un livret de coupons à 100 US qu’il faut dépenser le jour même. Nous avons préféré acheter des DayPass au Iberostar situé à 10 min. Seule déception, nous étions loin de tout... loin de la 5e avenue, des restos et de la plage.
