Welcome to your new home away from home! The Riviera House in San Marcos Texas is truly unique and stunning. The gorgeous 2000 sq.ft. home sits on a 1 acre lot and has it's own private river access! River access is shallow entry and easy for kiddos to access. The yard is a mix of shade and dappled sun and wonderful for playing or lounging. After you've tired yourself out outside, relax on the back patio or kick back and watch a movie. The home is near a train track and sometimes is loud.

Welcome to The Best Dam Cabin! We're located on the San Marcos River, just a short drive to Austin and San Antonio. This hand-built tiny cedar cabin is nestled inside an early 1900s cotton gin. Includes unlimited river access and the use of paddleboards with your stay. Whether you want to get away and read a good book near the river, go fishing or play games with the family, there's fun for everyone of all ages. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood, just steps away from the downtown square. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress. The home does have exterior security cameras monitoring the property perimeter. It is video recording only, no audio.
