What a lovely home away from home, Rhonda has created. It was clean, cozy and really well designed. The neighborhood was quiet and we saw deer every day. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

This place was comfortable & in walking distance to so many cool things!!! Tri was very communicative & gave us some great recommendations for places near the Airbnb. Thank you for the great stay!

FIVE STARS all the way! Central location, easy to find, host communicated clearly and kindly. It is hard to explain how it feels much bigger than the pictures show. Large open floor plan. Incredible views! Walk to shops and restaurants easily. If you are noticing that it is above a business and that seems to hectic, forget that. It is quiet and the location feels extremely private because you don't have neighbors right beside you. It is truly a hidden gem. The house, especially the kitchen, is huge with tons of counter space and cooking essentials. I cannot thank Erin enough for being such an awesome host in the perfect place for me and my 3 adult-ish sons. All of them said it was a perfect place.Would love to stay again!!

Great place to stay for vacation. We were a group of 7 so every couple had their own room. They let us check in early! Great Cafe and coffee spots around area to walk. My wife enjoyed the most was the hot water in the showers lol. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

Had a very comfortable stay. Appreciated the open layout. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and finding items were a breeze. The location was perfect! A 7 minute walk to my son's campus and dorm. Coffee/cafe, dining and shopping are also in walking distance. I will definitely look into this Airbnb next year.

We were in town for 2 nights to attend a family wedding. There were 4 of us, and the 2 bedroom unit was just right. We drove into town, so having the garage was great. It is a small garage, just as described (make sure you fold in your sideview mirrors!). Adis was very responsive, and gave very clear instructions on finding the place and getting in. The linens and bedding were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the location, as it was close enough to walk to restaurants and even to downtown (Pike's place market was about a mile, mostly downhill). We would definitely stay here again (and catch a Mariners game next time!).

We had a great stay! The place was clean, with all the required rooms and the added bonus of two toilets, which was very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the parking lot was easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Just a heads-up—there are quite a few stairs to climb, so something to keep in mind for those with mobility concerns. Overall, a pleasant experience!

This is a comfortable compact townhouse in a central part of Seattle. We enjoyed our stay very much and our hosts provided good instructions and clearly described what to expect with regards to all the levels. It didn’t quite register that noise and light would carry so much between levels so bring ear plugs and eye masks if you are sensitive to that. Otherwise, it’s a great home base to explore Seattle!

Very spacious. Spotless well-equipped kitchen, ample bath towels and comfy beds. Location was ideal in that bus to city was close by, but a quiet neighborhood at night. Ballard had good restaurants and shops, botanic garden, and lochs a nice walk. Will return.

For our trip to Seattle in 2024, my girlfriend and I stayed at Devin’s place and enjoyed it so much we knew we had to stay there again for our visit this year. Located in the beautiful (and overall very quiet) Queen Anne area, the home is perfect for anyone looking to be within walking distance of many popular attractions; everything else is just a short drive away. The home itself was very clean and welcoming/comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Devin is very responsive and friendly if you should have any questions. I will definitely not be hesitating to stay at Devin’s place a third time or beyond.

The hosts Leigha and Jason were super friendly and care about their guests. They were very responsive and provided detailed instructions as well as recommended places to visit, best restaurants nearby for us with the kids. The town-house is super new, clean, neat and tidy! We enjoyed staying there during the Spring break and will definitely return if we visit Seattle again! They made us very welcome and we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay there.

This is a great unit. Excellent location, very walkable neighborhood, and easy access to transit. The townhouse is very well decorated and stocked with essentials that are clearly, but discretely labeled. Rooftop deck is great with city views. I travel to Seattle frequently, I'd be happy to stay here again in the future.

A first visit to Seattle for most of us so we didn’t really know where to stay and have nothing to compare it to but it worked out well. We were able to walk to Pike Place and to Capital Hill shopping area but definitely had to Uber, as it is an all uphill walk on the way back. Uber did work out very well for all our other activities. The apartment is just as pictured and was perfect for our group Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of bath linens. It was very clean but it’s a rental so it does have a little wear and tear on the walls. Feng is super responsive to any questions or requests. We were a little disappointed about the rooftop as we were there on an exceptionally beautiful sunny week and the furniture was not set up for season. Feng did offer to come clean things for us however. Although we didn’t have a car, there is a designated space that would really come in handy because the street parking is quite something in this city. The neighborhood is very quiet.

This was our second time staying here and it truly felt like coming home. The space is just as beautiful, clean, and welcoming as we remembered. Everything is thoughtfully set up — cozy, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need. To make it even more special, the host sent us flowers, which was such a thoughtful and kind touch. We loved being back and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as expected. The house had everything you could possibly need and is extremely walkable and near so many things but is also just far enough to where it’s peaceful.

Great base in Capitol Hill. Not large, but thoughtfully appointed. Our family of three stayed for four nights; it worked well for a short stay.

Thanks again for the wonderful stay! Highly recommend this oasis in the heart of central district in Seattle - super close to downtown, but plenty of peace and quiet as well. Kitchen was honestly the best I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb - there was an air fryer, mixer and a vitamix blender! Would have been happy to stay for another week!

We enjoyed our stay at Jonah’s place. It was a good jumping off point for Seattle explorations, but also close to Madrona neighborhood restaurants and shops. We love Red Cow and the Hi Spot. The house was well-appointed, clean, and homey. The neighborhood feels safe and beautiful. It is walkable, but hilly. We would definitely consider staying here again. My only complaint is the listing said there was on-site parking, but we did not see any on-site parking. Nonetheless, we had no issues getting a street parking spot right out front every time we returned to the place. Thanks for having us!
