A really nice place tucked in at the end of a residential street, but when you get inside and see the huge windows with close-up views of the stunning snow-coveted Abajo Mountains, you will be dazzled! And the resident mule deer herd in the back yard! The house is excellent, big comfortable beds, a fantastic and beautiful kitchen (really really nice!) and the living room and dining room have the mountain views. The house was very clean and well-kept throughout, with nice helpful instructions and very interesting maps of the region framed on the walls. The binder of recommendations of places to eat and things to do was very thoughtful and helpful. We were there in cold weather and the radiant heat floors were an extra-nice feature. Tracy and Ryan are great hosts, proactive and easy to communicate with, and the check-in and checkout were very straightforward. We loved everything about our stay. 10/10 highly recommended.

Very nice place tucked in the red rocks. Very quiet and peaceful and a beautiful view of the night sky. Very dark and full of stars, the place is aptly named. The lodging is spacious and comfortable with everything you need to settle in an enjoy the quiet and beauty of nature. About ten minutes from town and easy to get there, though a bit bumpy as the road from the house to town is not paved. Only another 10 minutes from town to Capitol Reef national park and the whole surrounding area is beautiful.

Had everything we needed, very well stocked and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the excellent TV for streaming playoff hockey! Lots of games and activities for children. Host Barbara was very responsive and had helpful ideas and suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had lotsa fun and grandkids loved the play area downstairs! Master bedroom, bath area really nice.

This house was perfect for our vacation to Moab for Easter Jeep safari! We were able to park 5 large vehicles a single car hauler and a double car hauler perfectly! With a lots of room to spare! The playground outside was perfect for my almost 2 year old. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few times we cooked. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spot less! And very comfy! We hope to stay here again soon!

This was my 3rd stay at this airbnb - which says it was great as always! It is such a comfortable and homey place and had all the amenities it needed plus we could bring out small dog. The photographs thru out the home were fabulous - highlighting the surrounding areas. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room! Thanks for sharing your home again!

Our stay at Jed’s was grand. We felt at home. It was comfortable and cozy. Jed and Candace were friendly and helpful with recommendations. Definitely would stay with Jed and Candace at the Kokopelli Place if traveling to Utah again.

Jared was very responsive and offered help as needed. The space was great and was within walking distance to the nearest coffee shop and convenience store. Overall, we would stay again!

Where do I start. The place is Huge! It's a two bedroom apartment. I wish we had two friends to enjoy it with us. Very comfortable and so well stocked with nice touches. Breakfast foods. Even a washer and dryer in the unit which was one of the reasons we chose it. There was also a carport which was so appreciated while unloading and loading the car in the rain. I would not hesitate to stay at the Treehouse suite if we find ourselves in the area again.

Basecamp is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at on or off Airbnb. Tom, along with Theresa and Thomas, are gracious hosts. They make sure each guest feels welcomed throughout the stay and are happy to offer suggestions of hikes, drives or just general exploration. I got the feeling that the road's condition varies throughout the year. As of a few weeks ago it was slow going if you are not an experienced off-road driver. (I am not.) It took me 90 minutes heading in (once during the day and once after dark) and 60 minutes leaving (both daylight). But my stock RAV4 with all season tires made it with no real issues. I kept it in 2nd gear and the AWD never kicked on. That said, I would happily return to stay at Tom's place again. It is 100% worth a frayed nerve or two for me. Next time I'll just drive in once and stay there the whole time. I could wander around the property and the adjoining BLM land for days and never get bored of looking at the views.

Perfect stay at the “Cottages” in Bluff. Kelly and Andi were wonderful hosts that provided for every accommodation we could think of. We highly recommend them to all guests looking for a quality rest while traveling southern Utah.

We had a great stay and wished we stayed longer. The views and the quality of the property was unreal and I can't recommend the the property enough!
